When we arrived, the door to the room was broken, there was a cat in the bed, and the water from the tap was brown.
We politely requested a refund or at least a gesture of goodwill, such as reimbursing us for the breakfast we had paid for, but the owner refused. As a result, we left before the end of our stay and had to rent another hotel room at our own expense.

To provide more details and paint a clear picture of this nightmare:

Bathroom
The sink was incredibly uncomfortable to use, and there wasn’t even a glass provided for a toothbrush.
The bathroom had black mould, and the shower barely worked. After taking a shower, water flooded everywhere.
There was no place to hang outerwear or towels, so we had to take a chair from the living room and put it in the bathroom.

Kitchen
There wasn’t even a dishwashing sponge, and the stovetop burners were stored in a cupboard, leaving nothing functional to cook with.

Bedroom
The bed was noisy and incredibly uncomfortable. You could feel the springs poking through the mattress, and it wasn’t even one big bed but two small ones awkwardly pushed together.
The pillowcases were yellowed, some even bordering on brown.
The wardrobe was positioned so close to the bed that accessing it required contortions.
The room was both cold and noisy, making it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably.

Living Room
The appliances were outdated, and the sofas were broken.
The layout was poorly designed, with two oversized sofas crammed into the space, blocking easy access to the small balcony. The balcony itself overlooked the service stairs, which felt far from safe.
General Cleanliness
The entire apartment was filthy. The sheets ranged from yellow to brown, the floor was stained, and there was visible mould in the bathroom.

These people are simply taking your money without offering even the most basic level of service. The experience was a disaster from start to finish.
