very bad experience, cleaners robbed my charger, and a bag of some guest, pillows so big, we cant sleep, I measured bed for two, was 130cm…

Good location as it's close to major metro lines. WiFi is good but sometimes has connection issues or slowness.

!The worst experience ever!
Heated rooms and the Ac did not work. The room was very small and extremly dirty & Even the toilet was smelly. There is no wifi and the TV was broken. & don’t let me start about the mices that were in the room. The owner even took pictures of our passports for safety reasons? For your own good, please do not go here!!

Staff were unfriendly aside from Medina in the kitchen.
Limited communication/English.
Poor facilities.

When I first got my room it wasn't very clean,I had to ask at least 3 times on my first full day to have it cleaned. It is advertised with bar , this did not exist. There was no interaction from restaurant staff at all not even good morning at breakfast.

Stayed here for a few hours only checked in at 2pm and left at 6pm. Tiny Twin Room on 4th floor. Very small air con constantly switching itself off. Tiny bathroom, toilet bowl was black and we had no water for the four hours we managed to stay there. Constantly being told by reception 15 minutes for it to be back on. The water that did finally emerge was brown so we packed and left. The surrounding area is not a tourist location and was a bit shady. We were two friends with reasonably low expectations, but this place was below our tolerance levels.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! DON'T STAY HERE. VERY VERY RUDE MANAGER YELLED AND SCREAMED AT MY FAMILY BECAUSE HE COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THEM!! SHOULD GET TRANSLATOR OR BE MORE PATIENT HOTEL NOT CLEAN...AND IN A VERY SHADY AREA...STAY FAR AWAY
