I really liked the location (the only downside is the window facing the road): it's about 5 minutes from the metro, and I walked both to Hagia Sophia and to the Bazaar. I stayed alone in a double room (apparently the most basic one). You could hear noise from the hallway because there was a gap under the door. It would be a bit tight for two. The breakfast is standard: cold cuts, eggs, coffee, bread (which, by the way, was very soft and delicious), several types of olives... I recommend the hotel for undemanding travelers. For about 8,000 rubles for three days (on Trip), it's a real bargain!

I stayed here at the end of October and really enjoyed my time. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and had a lovely family feeling. The staff were kind, the hotel was clean, and I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay. I would definitely come back again 🙏🏼

We booked for two people from November 5 to 10 for 180 euros. When we arrived, we handed over the 180 euros, but the receptionist took the money away several times and tried to give the change back in lira, which we did not understand. When we showed our booking on the phone, he suddenly said that we only had a reservation for two nights, even though our confirmation clearly showed five nights. He said their system must have been wrong. We did not understand why he took the 180 euros in the first place if, according to them, our booking was not for that period. After we questioned it, he returned the difference, but we still did not know the exact price for the two nights. After a long trip we decided to stay anyway, but even the room was delayed. They said ten minutes, but it became one hour, and no one informed us or offered even basic hospitality. It was a disappointing experience, and we felt misled. We would not choose this hotel again when visiting Istanbul.

For a budget friendly hotel, this is a great choice. The service is excellent, staff and management very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, the break fast is good, great location for transportation. The only thing that bothered us is the space of the rooms, they are very small in size even for a couple, but in general everything else is excellent.

I stayed here for 17 nights and had a great experience. The service and cleanliness were excellent, all the staff were very friendly, and I felt really comfortable during my stay. The location is one of the best in Istanbul, very close to historical places. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Hamit Hotel Istanbul. The location is perfect, close to tram and metro stations, and within walking distance to many historic sites like the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. The room was clean and comfortable, and the daily breakfast was fresh and delicious. I especially appreciated the kind and helpful staff, who made everything easy during my stay. If you're looking for a central and affordable place to stay in Istanbul, I definitely recommend this hotel!
