Everything was perfect ,the hotel staff was very kind and helpfull.The breakfast was really good full of local plates.

Booked a family deluxe suite for 4 pax. Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is conveniently located near a Tram station, within a 30 min ride to most of the touristy places in the Old town area. Hotel's breakfast buffet was a pleasant start to the day, with attentive staff and ok food quality. However, the room, while clean, felt a bit under-provided for four, lacking a few essential amenities like extra chairs and wall sockets. The most significant issue was the unreliable Wi-Fi, which frequently dropped, making it difficult to stay connected.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with breakfast included for a really food price. The hotel is located in a good region which is a 15 minute ride with the tram from all the major tourist attractions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable even though they weren’t that big. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. The staff were as well very polite and offered us everything that we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for other tourists.

This Grand Umit hotel is a deceiving hotel. They changed their price on me when I checked out. They are thieves. Please don’t trust them. They also never change the bed sheets. They will give you stained towels. Their hotel rooms are disgusting. They just do cleaning in the hotel lobby so they want you to think their hotels are clean. I would’ve given them 0 stars if I could. Please stay away from that place.
