I am giving this place five stars mainly because of the receptionist (his name is Musleim) and the housekeeping staff lady. Both were extremely kind, polite, and always helpful.
The price is affordable, and the location is very good—only five minutes from the main street.
To be fair to other travelers, some rooms are small, and there was minor noise once during my nine-day stay, which is acceptable for this price. Communication with other staff felt limited, likely due to a language barrier.
Breakfast could be improved by offering more variety each day.
But I would definitely stay here again if these two staff members are still working.

A very good Hotel . Iw I'll give it good rating cause everything important was available .
Staff members Muslem and Zulekha are great.. they show great sense of hospitality .
The internet is strong . Elevator is working good
There is no noise outside the hotel
I slept like a baby
Also one little thing
Emrah or emran I don't recall his name is very rude to guests . He never greets or welcome guests . He treats guetses very badly if they are homeless or beggars.
This little misconvineit doesn't prevent the Hotel from getting the bet rating

The room is too dark and small.
There’s broken light, plugs and air condition.
Some stains on bed sheets.

A Great Stay! 5 Stars
In my opinion, the Sinem Hotel & Old City is the best hotel that I have stayed at! From the time I checked in until the time I checked out, the service was absolutely amazing. Every employee was welcoming, cheerful, and helpful while I was there! I want to specifically thank Mohamud - you are the best!! Your generosity and professionalism do not go unnoticed! I would recommend this hotel the anyone visiting! Thank you ALL again for such a pleasant and memorable stay!!

Perfect place to stay, everyone is friendly. Room a 🤏 bit lack of cleanliness, but still comfortable to sleep. Let us put our bags for a few hours. Breakfast is yummy, nice bread, good ham and cheese. Enough to start the day. Recommend. Also easy to go for people with luggages.

+ breakfast could be better. shower room was was partly broke. in general it is quite good apartment for this price with some minuses.- shower, breakfast, wi-fi.

This hotel is a good place to stay if what you're looking for is great quality/price, location and cleanliness. My family and I won't forget the hospitality the staff showed for us when the shutter for the airport we contracted via an agency didn't show up, they were really worried about us, giving us advice and even managed to get a taxi for us to try to make it to the plane. We plan to come back some day and we will stay here again for sure because the neighborhood is safe, it's close to everything and the hotel is clean and nice.

Dont spend your money here,the AC dont work they make it work when they want,the bathroom door it doesn't close the area is terrible..not recomendet!!!!!!!!!

There is always very bad smell in the room all the time. The area is very noisy and crowded. The service is not good only one speaks English. AC is not working although they always say it is central and working. Breakfast is very poor. Not recommend for family especially if they have baby.
