Really nice place to stay. Respectful personal, very reasonable pricing, interesting location. Rooms are clean and well decorated. One can find everything needed to feel comfortable in the suites. I was lucky to get a room on the highest floor so I could enjoy the beautiful view on the old Istanbul streets. I would certainly stay here again!

1_this is not a 3_star hotel at all. i wont even call it a hotel!
2_there's no elevator in this "3-star-hotel" and they don't even talk about it on the booking.com even for rooms in the 3rd floor.
3_they asked us to stay in a different room from what we reserved as there wasn't any available room.
4_room smelled disgustingly terrible due to food leftovers in the fridge and drawers. (photo is attached)
5_we asked for another room but there wasnt any available. had no choice so we asked for a refund to be able to reserve somewhere else. they said to apply for that through Booking.com, we did and they refused to refund us and shamelessly charged us $800.

I staied in this hotel 3 nights and everything was so bad they made me live in a room which is not suitable for human because the humidity is so high even i was smellinh the smell of the humidity and when i asked to change the room he told me just stay this night and ill change it for you in the next day they didnt do anythink , anyways it was the badest hotel ever.

Good hotel for location and price. Nothing else to say. Breakfast was okay.

Reserved Basement as the hotel didn't have an elevator.
Ended up on the last floor which was not convenient at all.
The breakfast was disappointing.
Would be nice if you could put an indicator for the Hotel since it is in a small area.

What an excuse you have given!!!! Why are you offering the best prices to booking.com if you don't find them suitable? It is so clear that you keep ur rooms occupied by offering good prices and if new customers showed up you simply charge them with a new price and cancel the other reservation . If i have read the reviews before booking I wouldn't have even thought of booking at your miserable place cz it is becoming your habit to fool people..What a shame!!

Great hotel in the centre of Istanbul with excellent service and great breakfast.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
