The room is small but clean and cozy. Warm shower is very good. The lady at front desk helped a lot and walked me to a telephone shop to get power outlet adapter.

The room was extremely dirty and we found bed bugs under the mattres. On the website they show only a fraction of the room - you may imagine the rest of room is in horrible state (it has a massive hole in the wall behind the painting and other things). The staff only speaks russian so there was some issues with communication. We decided to not stay there for the rest of our trip and left 20 minutes after discovering the bed bugs in the mattress. The owner is deleting photos and opinions from Google so beware before you book.

Beware bedbugs!! The rooms are gross and not as advertised - notice how the pictures are usually from one angle? A lot of dust and hair all-around. No elevator. Do not book, we were fooled by good reviews.

Upon arrival at the hotel my friend and I were greeted by a young man named Seyit.He hosted us with tea and coffee.Our first tea in Istanbul.Everything we needed for the room and the rest we could turn to him.Big thanks to him and the lady on reception.

Guys don’t go this a hotel, rooms very small, bathroom tiny, my father not fit shower room
