I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming.
The real highlight was the delicious birthday cake they prepared for my daughter's birthday. It was a thoughtful touch that made her day extra special and created a wonderful memory for our family. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the service was impeccable. This hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The hotel is old, but the service is top-notch! Everything was great! Breakfasts are hearty in winter. The room was warm and had everything needed.

It was amazing trip.
Hotel was very beautiful . Mostly I remember view on the 8 floor, where spend breakfast . For breakfast serve many turkey delights and also salmon and desserts .
Nearby hotel street Istiklyal- central street with many shops and cafe. Very comfortable area for life. This part of town calm , but there are many sights.
We went on foot to old city about 20 minutes.
Hotel in custom style , clean. Cleaning up- every day. We get a little problem - clogging, but it was decided after one hour. Impression from hotel very good. We definitely will go back .

Cons: The hotel rooms need maintenance, such as scratches on the corners and molding on the bathroom wall.
There was no place to hang bath towels or clothes on the wall or behind doors. For extended stays, like we did, there was not enough storage space for clothes, such as a chest of drawers.
Breakfast has a good variety, but their espresso looks like light-filtered coffee. The staff is friendly, but needs guidance on service. They get confused by coffee and egg orders.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
