- Had a room with a window leading into some tunnel, which triggered my claustrophobia. This was then changed after I complained
- no warm water in the first room. After my room was changed it was better but still not warm enough
- most of the staff had an attitude, breakfast was supposed to start at 7 am. Was then told we have to wait until 7.30 and when people started queuing, were rudely advised to sit back down
- the street the hotel is on seems to be closed after 9 pm, so had to walk 15 minutes in the dark there when I arrived
