I booked what was supposed to be a larger room through Booking, but when I arrived, I was given a much smaller one. Unfortunately, the staff were either unable or unwilling to resolve the issue, so I ended up paying more than what the room was worth.

The room itself was disappointing. In my experience, it was much smaller than expected, the windows didn’t close properly, the door handle came off, and the cleanliness—especially in the bathroom—was below what I consider acceptable. The photos online definitely made the hotel look better than it did in person.

Breakfast was also underwhelming. There was very little variety, and surprisingly, there wasn’t even any cheese offered during my stay. Overall, the atmosphere didn’t feel very welcoming, and the staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly or helpful.

If I had to compare it to something, I’d say the hotel felt a bit like a cat—looks cute from afar, but not as cooperative once you get close. Based on my experience, I would rate it closer to a 2.5–3 star hotel.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again.

I highly recommend it!

We booked a connecting room but was given double room in the end. The explanation was given to us, is that their system received booking of double room, and not connecting room. Despite us showing our booking, no compensation nor solution was provided.

The room we were placed in was on the 7th room, right next to the breakfast area so it was noisy at 6am. We requested a change, which the hotel at least provided. However, the entire experience was neither welcoming nor accommodating. This is not the standard we expect from a 4-star hotel.

The breakfast was rather disappointing. The bread and cake were delicious but I lost my appetite after seeing an apple with mold.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will never book here again.

Nice location and absolutely amazing breakfast. Staff experience was mixed. The Algerian lady at the front desk was very helpful but there was a front desk guy who was rude too!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and I have to say that everything was wonderful. All the staff were very nice and helpful, especially Ercan, Akif, Mete and even the lady at the reception but I don't know her name and the other colleagues even though they didn't speak English well tried to help you. We only had one night when the air conditioning didn't work but Mr. Akif at the reception (I hope I remembered his name well) assured me that he would solve the problem the next day which he did. Throughout our stay at the hotel everything was ok, the rooms looked like in the pictures, they were clean and spacious. Regarding the breakfast it was delicious and varied every day, both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The cleaning staff were very nice ladies and very fast. Thank you for our stay and for the experience at this hotel compared to another hotel in Eminonu last year.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade with see view, which set the tone for the exceptional service throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've experienced, offering a wide variety of delicious Turkish options. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, conveniently close to the trams and surrounded by charming local shops. We absolutely plan on returning in the future!

Best hotel and location in Istanbul. If you're looking to stay close by the tourist attractions like hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmet, Eminunu, etc. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Yusra and Fairuz at front desk are very nice, helpfull, and will accommodate you if you need anything, the cleaning crew is nice, we had water, towels, shampoo, daily. The room is very clean and comfortable. I will be coming back, and highly recommend it.

In the hotel for the breakfast they serve just eggs and potatoes meat is a rarity (someone could think that Turkey does not have any variety of meat and of course this is not the case). The staff does try to accommodate you as much as they can. But no tourist wants the staff to overcompensate for the owner of the hotel if he is Stingy on the breakfast side of his offer. I would suggest for the owner to go to the spice market or even better to a meat shop

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of June 2024 and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great with a lot of choice and lovely tasting food and our room was comfortable and clean. The location is great and close to the old town (you can walk to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar etc) with a tram station and metro close by.
We also booked the Hammam experience with a massage at the hotel spa and it was wonderful, so relaxing! I would definitely recommend booking a treatment there.
My partners birthday coincided with our stay and hotel staff left a beautiful cake and cupcakes in our room for him with a note upon our arrival which was so thoughtful!

Great hotel with great customer service.
They have a very good free breakfast rooftop view.

It's 3 min walk to grand bazard and public transportation.

It's surrounded with a lot of historical places such as the bleu mosque not far away and many others. Also there's a huge variety of local restaurants and baklava shops.

I highly recommend this hotel.
