Sayeban Gold Hotel in Istanbul

Every time I came to Istanbul I book this hotel. The location is nearby tourist spots with good transport connection. Its 2 min. from the crowded places. The young boy I think is the owner he is always very helpfull. Didnt take the breakfast option because of Ramadan this time but there breakfeast is also good with a good view.

Place is on okay location. It is close to the centre but it is at the end of the street where is a lot of construction around. Specifically, across the road there is a big construction hole and the building next to the hotel is being renovated and it is one big construction site. Also, there were some works going on in the hotel, but I must say that the noise was starting after the breakfast so it wasn't waking up anyone. We were most of the day outside, so we didn't even hear the noise except one day when we came into room in the middle of the day.

Room was clean when we arrived. The bathroom is bit old but okay. There was weird smell coming out of the bathroom so we kept the door closed. However, whenever the cleaning lady was in the room she left the door open again.
Towels were changes every day, however the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Once the trash can wasn't emptied, the floor in the bathroom wasn't cleaned (I still saw the hair on the floor or in the sink).

The breakfast had a really nice view. It is until 10:30, so you can even sleep a little bit longer. I am not amused by the variety of the things for breakfast, it was mostly a lot of cheese and salad. But it was okay. I can't complain to much.

The location is great. It's closer to public transport. The staff at hotel are attentive and helpful. Overall a great experience.
My friends also had breakfast which tasted good as per their experience.

Hospitality were fantastic, me and my family had such fabulous time there we enjoyed atmosphere service and people really kind and helpful, as we did enjoyed food 😋 and view 😍 I’d recommend this place ✌️ Definitely will see you again soon such nice people❤️

Small nice family owned hotel. Location is excellent 👌🏼. Breakfast is just out of this world served on its amazing view terrace. Hotel was under renovations using low season. So price was excellent. Thanks for the attention and the nice chat! Sergio 🖖🏼

Absolutely one of the best hotels to stay in Istanbul. Very clean room, friendly staff, tasty breakfasts with good coffee on terrace on top of the hotel. Great location.
They even offered us an umbrella on the day it was supposed to rain.

It is a nice hotel, clean, with nice people, it has a great terrace where you can eat breakfast with a beautiful view, next to all big atractions of Istanbul, very close to the sea!

It is a very nice and coz6y hotel with beautifull rooms and super great hosts.
The facility is near to everything... Metro tram port...... Belong to the begining of sultan ahmet old city.... Rooms are have normal space and toillets are extremely clean and the towels sheets pillows fresh washed and very clean too..... It is one of the few hotels with such warm hosts who they always smile and make you feel like family and home.....
Breakfast is very rich and served to the roof garden terrace with speachless view of vosporus and site of Costantinople
Mr Mussa the owner will help you to evrrything and will make you feel home.... If you want to have a really nice and clean acommodation with very logical price this is the place...... Highly recommended

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. For the price, it’s a great value. The front staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good and the view from the rooftop terrace even better. Location very central and strategic (close to the Sirkeci metro station), and the bedrooms were small but decently comfortable and in good condition.
