The location is great. It's closer to public transport. The staff at hotel are attentive and helpful. Overall a great experience.

This establishment provides the most abysmal customer service imaginable! Their primary concern appears to be solely centered around extracting money from patrons, with little to no regard for their needs or satisfaction. I strongly advise avoiding this place altogether, as the experience is bound to be nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

Hospitality were fantastic, me and my family had such fabulous time there we enjoyed atmosphere service and people really kind and helpful, as we did enjoyed food 😋 and view 😍 I’d recommend this place ✌️ Definitely will see you again soon such nice people❤️

Small nice family owned hotel. Location is excellent 👌🏼. Breakfast is just out of this world served on its amazing view terrace. Hotel was under renovations using low season. So price was excellent. Thanks for the attention and the nice chat! Sergio 🖖🏼

Absolutely one of the best hotels to stay in Istanbul. Very clean room, friendly staff, tasty breakfasts with good coffee on terrace on top of the hotel. Great location.
They even offered us an umbrella on the day it was supposed to rain.

It is a nice hotel, clean, with nice people, it has a great terrace where you can eat breakfast with a beautiful view, next to all big atractions of Istanbul, very close to the sea!

It is a very nice and coz6y hotel with beautifull rooms and super great hosts.
The facility is near to everything... Metro tram port...... Belong to the begining of sultan ahmet old city.... Rooms are have normal space and toillets are extremely clean and the towels sheets pillows fresh washed and very clean too..... It is one of the few hotels with such warm hosts who they always smile and make you feel like family and home.....
Breakfast is very rich and served to the roof garden terrace with speachless view of vosporus and site of Costantinople
Mr Mussa the owner will help you to evrrything and will make you feel home.... If you want to have a really nice and clean acommodation with very logical price this is the place...... Highly recommended

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. For the price, it’s a great value. The front staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good and the view from the rooftop terrace even better. Location very central and strategic (close to the Sirkeci metro station), and the bedrooms were small but decently comfortable and in good condition.

This is one of the better hotels I've been to in a long time. The staff are super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. And the place is very clean; it's got great A/C that isn't noisy. Also, the breakfast alone is worth it. I've tried a lot of amazing coffee over the years, and this place is in the top 3 for a delicious caffeine fix - with a beautiful view of the city. The location is very convenient as well, as you don't have to even rely on transit to see a lot.

We stayed at Sayeban Gold Hotel for six nights last week. The Hotel is not a Luxury Hotel, but the price is reasonable. the rooms are small, shower stall is very small. sheets and towels are old and have stains on them. Even Locals have a hard time finding it (including the cab drivers).
The best part about this hotel is the staff. every single one of them were great but the best was Mr. Ken
who was always there,and the only one who spoke English and was super helpful. you only need to ask and he would make it happen. I would recommend this Hotel only if he is still working there. otherwise you can not get anything done. Don't make the reservation unless Ken is still managing the
hotel.
