This hotel is staffed by some of the friendliest staff I have ever met. Helpful, kind, polite and all-round wonderful. The hotel is in a fantastic location with shops, restaurants and all the magical locations you could hope to see in this amazing city. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable but then again I don’t travel thousands of miles to languish in a hotel room so to have a shower and lay my head for a couple of hours it was perfect: the shower showers, the air con cools and the lights light up.

Breakfast is lovely with lots of fruit, cheeses, meats, cereal, yoghurt and nice coffee on offer.

Highly recommended, loved my stay here and will definitely be back.

Looks nice outside and in the lobby, but it’s not. Staff needs a class in customer service.
Rooms are very dirty! Carpet is gross, shower is moldy, sink is dirty.
Rooms are so small it’s difficult to find a place to open 2 suitcases. We worked it our, but then couldn’t get around the bed to the window.
Room smelled musty and moldy.
Air conditioning wasn’t working. A man came and did something to the unit and all this dirty black water came out. It was very disgusting!
Barat, at the desk wasn’t very helpful. He also talked with a very loud voice which you could hear on the 3rd floor. We requested an extra pillow, but had to ask again, because it didn’t come.
Sati at the desk was very helpful and nice. He was responsive when we had requests.
Positives: good location and nice soft beds.

After the very stylish and smart reception area we were shocked at the room, 302, we were first given. At best it was a single with a double bed squashed into the corner next to the wall. We asked to be moved and were given a twin room, 409. Both rooms felt grubby with old and stained carpets. Definitely in need of decorating. But it wasn't all bad. The hotel is in an excellent location within 10 to 15 minute walks of Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, The Basilica Cisterns shops and restaurants. Breakfast is continental style with cheeses, hams, potatoes, boiled eggs, a couple of cereals, fruit, cake and bread. Get down early though. Rooms were, as best as possible, kept clean by very friendly and helpful staff. Would I stay here again? Mmmm

Booked for one night but extended two more nights, it was way better than what i expected, very clean, good location, very helpful staff and good breakfast aswell

The hotel is good in terms of location and accessible to major attractions.

Downside is it shares boundry with cemetry and alcohol is served here.

Specially the family room windows in ground floor opens in cemetry.

The Air Conditioner is not working, it can not be set to 22 or 24 or 25 degrees, it is pre-set to 27 degrees, which is very warm, we are all SWEATING and we are giving this review after speaking to the reception who said he can not do anything about this. The location is OK but there are 50 hotels in these 5 parallel lanes and all are close to Gulhane tram station.

The rooms were too small, the receptionist was not very friendly, he kept staring at my kids when they made even a lil noise , room a/c wasn’t working had to get air cooler fans every night , kettles and water bottles weren’t given unless asked , very average hotel
Only plus is that it’s well connected to all tourist spots at a walkable distance
