Their service was beyond our expectations. They gave their guest 5 star treatment.
I would like to commend two of their staff Elif and Ferhat. Yasmak Sultan hotel should be proud of them. We will definitely come back to this hotel.
On the downside, the WiFi was unreliable in my room—sometimes it would connect in certain spots, but often it didn’t work at all, which was frustrating since my cell service in Istanbul wasn’t great either. The room also wasn’t very soundproof, so I’d recommend bringing a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper.
In summary, a comfortable stay in a good location with friendly staff, but be prepared for some challenges with internet and noise.
Standard rooms are quite cramped, but very clean.
If quiet is a requirement, bring good earplugs and ask for a room that is not along Ebussuud Cd as the street is very noisy.
Food at breakfast is diverse, tasty and plentiful.
The hotel has a very convenient location, right across the tram T1 line and in the vicinity of Sirkeci train station.
