"Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was top-notch, and the staff's hospitality was truly exceptional. The front reception team was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect, with all the popular tourist spots within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the area on foot and take in the sights. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and excellent.

- The hotel is tired. If you want bed linen without door frames, it won't work. They didn't change our sheets, but they were always torn.
We had two rooms on different floors, and both were infested with insects, clearly bed bugs! It was terrible. The management threw up their hands, saying they'd just recently treated them, and that was it. They changed the sheets, but they were full of holes again. Be careful, if you're allergic to bites, the marks are immediately visible, even on the bed linen. I don't recommend it under any circumstances! The hotel is filthy!

Truly unbeatable location - within walking distance to the Karakoy tram stop and the Karakoy ferry stop. While it is at the foot of a very steep shopping street, it's not very noisy (we were on the second floor facing the main road)
The hotel also has an good Italian rooftop restaurant with decent pastas and a beautiful view of the Old Town.

The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere and was exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful, especially Rohat Aslan, who went above and beyond to assist us. It was a memorable stay — we’ll definitely come back again.

Very good! The hotel is in a good location, but a bit noisy at night. The room is clean and tidy, and the rooftop view is good

The location is very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is everything nearby. It is surrounded by restaurants and various small shops. The key point is right on the edge of Gallagher Bridge. The hotel staff are polite and gentleman. They always answer questions and say hello when they encounter them. There is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day in the early morning. We need to go out early and need to heat food. However, there is a problem with the microwave. We go to the front desk for help. The brother locks the hotel door first and then goes to the guest room together and replaces the microwave in time without delaying the trip. The hotel has a strong sense of safety and a very safe door lock. I also had a problem and it was solved very quickly. The solution process was very comfortable and reassuring. I was well taken care of. Turkish people are really nice.

Stayed here only for a night but the staff were amazing. They were helpful, catered for all our requests. The hotel is located close to a lot of nice shops and cafes. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

I went for the cafe, never knew there was a hotel or smth. Anyway, the breakfast was delicious and not overpriced, the Bazlama was juicy and not too heavy for a breakfast. The Meneman and the fries were just so right but i ordered a Flat White but they got me a Cappuccino! They were so lovely though and i enjoyed it💖💖

My husband and I are currently visiting Istanbul and stumbled across this lovely cafe within a 2 minute walk of our hotel. We both got the cheese omelet and it was so delicious!! Very reasonably priced at around 800 Turkish lira for the both of us. Everything even down to the honey and the butter were so fresh and tasted great. Definitely recommend for a quick bite in the morning

We’ve been in Istanbul for five days. This was the best breakfast—authentic Turkish breakfast recommended by a local. It’s on a super cute street under a canopy of umbrellas. We highly recommend!

Very loud on weekends, hard to sleep because of the music from bars around. Room is nice but they barely clean the rooms when you request it. Location is convenient if you don’t worry about the noise on weekends.
