The hotel staff mostly are helpful, but there’s always problem you need to ask for changing the bedding. It’s not their problem they obey the manager. We stayed around 25 days bcs we did most of the payment in advance, last few days we decided to pay for two days in the morning the receptionist called and asked us to leave the room because it’s been booked by others😡 The rooms are not very clean there’s mold in the bathroom. (Some of them) The worst part beside the kitchen restaurant there were Cockroaches. Normal breakfast. The good thing is the location, close to metro and shops. The area around the hotel is very busy and which makes it live and safe.

Very well located hotel, metro and tram very close. Quite noisy street but room well soundproofed. Very friendly staff. We rented the suite with a beautiful terrace. Restaurant below very good for room service. Only the breakfast could be improved.

Didn’t see much of our room as out most of the time. It’s a great location and the facilities whilst basic are more than sufficient. Excellent water pressure for a shower. Didn’t see breakfast or the Spa so cannot comment. Beds were ok but whilst the hotel is in a great location it is on a VERY busy main road and the Turkish drivers do appear to like pipping their horns!

Decent stay. No elevator here so if you’re getting terrace rooms 07 or 08, be ready for a good climb.

Amazing breakfast and owner provides quality breakfast service. Tucked in behind the Main Street it is a hidden gem you need to check out for a quality Turkish breakfast! Thank you guys for welcoming this foreigner

The atmosphere of the hotel and the room was different from what we imagined and it was quite small and the appearance was not as clean as the photo
But the location of the alley and street where the hotel is located is very good and friendly and pleasant, which made us feel satisfied with staying here.

Amazing location in Kuloglu. The room was unique and clean. A cafe recently opened next door making delicious drinks and serving tasty ice cream - recommend you try it! Staff friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

This place is absolutely awful. Poorly maintained. The bathroom is extremely badly fitted. There is no light switch beside the bed, you need to get up from bed to switch off the light. The whole place smells of sewage. The owner is barely there and not very nice. This place is to be avoided. It is very cheap, understandably. I did not want to try breakfast. Starbucks on Istiklal Caddesi provided an alternative.
