I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and was very satisfied. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and comfortable. It is definitely great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good; the tram stop is only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach museums like Topkapi. Transportation is very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Istanbul. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean, has hot water and good wifi. The staff are all nice and hospitable 🤝Amazing service! There are a few supermarkets nearby. It was hot outside, but our room was cool when we checked in 😊🙌The food was very good (expect for the sausages 🤓). Everything else was just great (especially for this price☝️) don’t forget it’s not a 5 star hotel 🤭We had a very nice time. It was our first visit to Istanbul 19.07.24-26.07.24. Thank you! We will stay again!

No water in the room...breakfast they don't provide water or juice just food even though not bad ..doesn't speak English not understanding barrier very down to earth location

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
The most worst disgusting hotel you can book in Fatih Istanbul. There are so many other hotels right beside this one that are 10x better/cleaner and the same price. There was mould everywhere. The shower had no doors so the entire washroom would get flooded when showering and the washroom door would not close so it was wide open the entire time. The stove did not work we told the owner, he came and yelled in our face making it seem like it was our fault, he slammed the door and left saying “you can stay inside tonight dont eat” The AC was dripping so the entire bed got wet. There was piles of dust and dirt in every corner we felt so sick after our stay. The owner was very very rude and unprofessional he would not even bring us toilet paper when we asked him multiple times. Absolutely would not stay here even if you payed me. PLEASE do not book this hotel save your money, time and HEALTH.

There's a noticeable bump in the floor of the room, which caused my kids to trip a few times. So, be mindful of that if you're staying with children.

The hotel is located next to the center of Istanbul. Buses, taxi, trams and metro are available for you.
The condition of the room was terrible, the smell of waste in the toilet, a little free space in the shower, no water in bottles, the curtains didn't close,the air conditioner didn't work well etc.
However the staff was very nice, always friendly, helped with luggage and allowed us to leave suitcases.
The breakfast is typical. We ate bread, eggs, vegetables, cheese, chocolate, honey, and butter every morning.

Absolutely shocking. Very deceiving photos. Rooms very cramped and old. Bedsheets not even fitting on the beds. Bathroom…what to say. Mould damp smell. Broken shower,looks like things have been glued back together. Toilet fitted in an angle and too high where feet does not touch the ground,inside very very dirty and disgusting. . AC leaking,kettle did not work had to ask repeatedly for another. No coffees/tea. Room service only every 3 days and if asked. Breakfast was ok. Standard. One very small balcony on the rooftop area. Nearly every customer staying there at that time had a complaint of something or other. Staff not at all helpful.

Economical , easy access and close to Grad Bazar , Istanbul Sydney Hotel, All rooms at Hotel Istanbul Sydney come with air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower. Some also offer sea views.Laundry service is available upon request, currency exchange is available as well.
