It was a great experience staying here. I stayed at basement room, the price was very good and the room was very Romantic and lovely, especially the mirrors on the ceiling. The room was clean and it had a small kitchen for emergency cooking which was really useful. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

It was a great hotel with the most suitable price. I couldn't believe that I found a very good quality hotel in taksim with that price. I stayed for 4 nights and it was very comfortable. I loved the hotel especially the staff were very kind and ready to help at any time. I definitely recommend it.

Elements Suite is a place to be contrary to the reviews that we had in Nigeria that it was not a good place. We had a wonderful time. We were taken care of right from the first day that we came to the very last day we checked out.Baris one of the staff was very friendly and efficient. When we come to turkey again. The suite's access to public transportation and tourism is very good, and I would like to thank Mr. Farhad and Mr. Wafa for their great sense of cooperation and responsibility. My only criticism was about the annoying insects that caused my skin sensitivity. Mr. Farhad made a lot of effort to clean the room. However, the problem was not solved and more serious actions are needed.

It is a hotel that we always prefer with its location, staff, cleanliness and beauty of the rooms. Possibility to cook your own food and adequate utensils are a plus. We are grateful to the reception staff, who are always helpful and caring, especially Mr. Serkan and Mr. Mekan. Always a go to with its location and a feeling "like home".

Very very bad hotel.
They gave us a room at the 5th floor no elevator and they refused to change the room. Room too small, they cleaned our room once in the whole week. The air conditioner broke and the room was filled with water they refused to change the room as well. Very unfriendly staff. We had to call everyday for clean towels and toilet paper. The area is a bit scary. The pictures on the website are fake!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Avoid this place like the plague! The management is full of lies. They care nothing about your experience as they lied to us and we left 7 days early because of their nonsense. They promised a refund but then they backed out once we left! NO WIFI. Bad area. Late to check us in. We left this place after their wifi wouldn't work as we are on business. Their amenities are close to none. You are better off finding another place in a better area.

scam suites,no room service u will lose ur money dangeours location,u cant sleep sound every where inside and out side of the bilding and the owner dont care abput u.fake condition room are disgusting and smil every where
