Amazing hotel. Our room and hosts were very nice, and it’s in a great location for a very fair price. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Istanbul for a weekend. Free and great breakfast too!

Avoid!! Only great thing is the location!
Everything was awful. Do not believe the pictures. Room was tiny we had a family room and you can hear everyone in the reception or going up and down the stairs. The food was cold, when complained about it being cold was ignored and told to speak to manager, food was still cold throughout our stay. One of the days the milk was off and we informed them and wasn't changed until another costumer complained about the milk being off.

The food was cold, when complained about it being cold was ignored and told to speak to manager, food was still cold throughout our stay. Super nice nice, strategic location
This hotel is in the middle of the attractions and main shopping districts, all within minutes of walking. More important is the staff friendlyness. I needed to put things in the freezer, and the receptionists and support staff were all very helpful with our needs. Breakfast is varied and healthy. Very happy with our stay here.

The room is very small — you can hardly find space to place your luggage or even a stroller, so some guests leave theirs downstairs. Cleanliness is a serious issue: the room is full of cockroaches, both small and large, especially at night. Housekeeping is weak; the room is not cleaned properly, and there is even a musty smell.
Breakfast was also disappointing: very limited options, no small spoons to stir your coffee (you have to ask a waiter who then goes searching for one), and yogurt is sometimes provided and sometimes not — very inconsistent. The same goes for water: even though you request it daily, you often don’t find your bottle in the room after cleaning.
On the positive side, the location is excellent, close to everything, and I would like to highlight two staff members at the reception — Abdullah and another person with long hair (unfortunately, I don’t recall the name). They were by far the best people at the hotel.
I truly hope the management takes into consideration the urgent need for better cleanliness and, most importantly, pest control. It was very uncomfortable staying in the room, especially at night, when I couldn’t relax because of the cockroaches.

There are no toothbrushes, toiletries, or body lotion in the rooms—none of the items that should be in a 4-star hotel. The breakfast on the first floor (not on the terrace) is very meager. On the plus side, the location is good. The rooms are old and falling apart. They are also very small. The photos on the website are misleading.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms are very small and completely unsuitable for families, especially with a child. The room was full of insects, and the air conditioning was either very weak or not working at all, making the stay unbearable.
The service was absolutely terrible. I asked for help multiple times to fix the issues, but there was no response or effort from the staff. Their behavior was unprofessional and careless.
This hotel is not suitable for families or anyone looking for even basic comfort and cleanliness. I do not recommend it under any circumstances. I sincerely hope the management takes serious steps to improve their service.

I got an electric shock in my room! If your health and the health of your family is important, don't go to this hotel! I don't recommend it to anyone, the hotel rooms are unsafe!

I had a standard double which as a solo traveler thought it was fine. But even for 1 person it was small. I wouldn’t call this a 4 star. Everything about this was very average. The only positive was the location. It’s in the centre of everywhere so amazing location. The breakfast buffet was not good. No juice? And I can after 9 one day and they ran out of eggs.. also when it gets busy there’s no where to sit. Average I think for prices need to a bit lower for what they offer.
