My friend and I stayed here after 2 days of the hotel being opened. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were elegant and the staff very welcoming. I took total advantage of the gym, it had everything I needed for a full workout. Hotel gyms are not usually very equipped however this one was more than adequate. The location was good, both my friend and I felt very safe. I would highly recommend this hotel should you want a stay in grand hotel

Just reopened couple months ago, spotless clean rooms, very nice stuff - Murat was very helpful, we didn’t have to worry about our language or a taxi. Everything was really a step ahead of us. Thank you for your hospitality and until next time!

Stayed at Palazzo Donizetti for 2 nights right after the May 2026 renovation and reopening. Sefer and the team gave incredible care and service throughout our stay, and Murat even made sure we left safely when the street was closed. The location is perfect, right on beautiful Pera Street and just 5 minutes to the metro. Amazing team, amazing spot.

Just finished spending a week there from Monday to Sunday.
Ideal location in a lovely area.
The top floor views are incredible and breakfast was meant to be held there each day.
However breakfast was only open on the top floor for 1 day of our stay and all other days breakfast buffet was set up on the ground floor.
Very disappointing and no reason given as to why - we actually went up to the top floor on one of the mornings to see why and it seems that there is a nightclub up there called DuDu - assuminh that if it's too messy from the night before they will change the breakfast to ground floor - understandable but to only get 1 breakfast up there out of 6 is disappointing when that is advertised as being the breakfast venue.
The atrium room - avoid at all costs, no natural light at all comes in and it is not advertised as such. Makes it feel like you're in a basement no matter the time of day.
Speaking of that room - I informed staff that the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work so everything in there gets wet when you have a shower and that the handle to the bathroom door had fallen off - potentially locking someone in. I informed them in the morning before we headed out for sightseeing if it could be fixed and we'd return later that evening after sightseeing...these issues weren't fixed by that evening or over any course of our stay.
All of the above made it feel like the staff didn't really care or responsive to issues, concerns or requests.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, beds were large and comfy. The decor of the whole hotel was beautiful.

They did an excellent job; I felt relaxed, the body massage was wonderful, the sunna and washing were perfectly clean, and I found the staff very friendly and professional.

A man named Orkoun I guess was a really good man and helped us alot. The hotel is on budget and for the money they charge it's great. The room was mediocre but everything was fine and good. Exept the room temprature that was so cold. Other than that it was great. Also communicating with Ourkan was one of the highlights of Istanbull travel for me.

Worst hotel I never stayed at. We booked two suites and then we were told a week before we were to arrive at the hotel it was going under repairs and they had to cancel the reservation. Like a fool I believe this, but happened to go by the hotel when I was there on those same dates. The hotel was fully open and had not closed. We got some double talk from someone at the hotel and it was clear they had rented the two suites for a higher price to someone else. Stay away. Unless you want to make a booking four months ahead of time and then have them cancel a week before you arrive in Istanbul.

Staff were very helpful. 2 minute walk to İstiklal street where everything is available. 2 different parking lots on both sides of the hotel. They keep the room clean the hotel clean and the elevator fits many people.
