The name of the room “panorama room” was misleading. It’s on the fist floor, overlooking a busy intersection. Apparently they have rooms with a view over the city too, but this one is not one of the

The pool wasn't great; the hours of use were inconvenient and the water quality wasn't good. It looked quite dirty. However, the location was perfect and the staff were very polite. Breakfast was also good, and the atmosphere was really unique with the sea view.

My experience at this hotel was average.
The location is not comfortable at all — the area around the hotel is crowded and not an open street. The surroundings are not very clean, and even inside the room, cleanliness was okay but not great. The furniture is quite old, and you can hear loud disco music from the nearby place even inside the room.
However, the staff were very nice and helpful, and the service was good — that’s the main reason I gave two stars instead of one

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, everything else is garbage, the staff they have 0 respect, they do not respect you, they are very disrespectful, I stayed there, had 2 rooms for 1 week, the last day I asked for 1 hour late check out, they didn’t let me and they got mad when I asked for it. The rooms are very small, it is not what you see in the pictures, there are 2 sides of the hotel, the rooms in the pictures are the one that they don’t give you, once you ask for it they will charge you extra €50 per night. The windows are very thin basically it feels like you are sleeping on the street because sound comes through a lot. They charge you 750tl for car parking wich is almost $20. Not recommended at all, waste of money and waste of energy.

The location of Hotel Marble is excellent — literally a 3–4 minute walk from the main Taksim street, which makes it super convenient for exploring Istanbul. The staff were very helpful and nice, and the room service was great. Complimentary water was provided on time, and upon check-in, we were welcomed with a plate of fruits sent to our room along with a card from the manager saying we could reach out directly if we had any concerns. For the price, this hotel is truly a gem and offers great value for money.
The views from my room were out of this world — absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would say the hotel lacked was the breakfast. It really wasn’t very good, so I’d suggest skipping it and trying one of the many cafés or restaurants nearby instead.
As for the amenities, they were okay. The pool downstairs didn’t have changing rooms, but the person at the spa was extremely kind and let us use his changing rooms. I personally didn’t swim as the water felt too cold, but overall the facilities were decent for the price point.
When we were leaving, we booked a taxi to the airport through the hotel. While waiting, we kept our luggage at reception and were given a small card to hand over when collecting our bags. When the taxi arrived, the staff helped put our bags inside, but one small cloth bag with clothes was accidentally left behind. It was a mutual mistake as the staff forgot to put it in, and we also didn’t notice at the time. Thankfully, I realized right when we entered the airport, so I immediately called the hotel. To their credit, they urgently sent the bag through a taxi, which cost 1300 Lira. Since it was partly my mistake as well, I can’t complain, and I really appreciated how quickly they handled it.
All in all, this hotel is a gem for its price point. With its unbeatable location, welcoming staff, great views, and good service, I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. I have attached pictures of the view from my room and a picture of the end of the lobby.

Horrible experience – avoid Marble Hotel at all costs!
The so-called “manager” who received me, along with his superior, were incredibly rude,and unprofessional. Both of them even used bad words towards me (I have video proof). Instead of welcoming me, they insulted me and claimed I was being disrespectful, when in fact it was them showing zero manners or professionalism.
I had fully prepaid for my stay through Booking.com, only to arrive and be told that all the proper rooms were taken. Instead of the nice, high-floor, sea view quiet room I booked, they pushed me into a horrible, tiny, dirty room near the elevator – full of pesticide and mosquito spray, extremely noisy, and nothing like what I paid for. This is not a 4 star hotel by any standard.
When I asked for my money back, the manager arrogantly refused and even challenged me, until I said I would call the police. Only then did they agree to refund me. They made me cry and completely ruined my vacation in Turkey.
This place ruined my holiday. Not 4 -star at all – more like a scam operation. Stay away and save your money! I made a complaint against them to the police and also police tourism and booking.com . The rude manager and his supervisor both needs to be held responsible for their actions and I wouldn't ever let what happened go unnoticed. Please safe yourself from these scammers and go somewhere decent.
