Hotel Davos Istanbul in Istanbul

unkind staff, sees people only as banknotes, our room was dirty, smelled of sewage, inconvenient location. We didn't have breakfast, we rented a room to stay from morning until 10 at night before the flight.....

My father, 83 years old, he's passport and 100 USD got stolen from his hotel room.

When he came back to his room from being outside, the passport and his money was gone. He asked the staff to help him, but they said they don't know anything about this.

Hello! There are no words for the location and the staff who work haphazardly have a problem! We rented a standard room for $45 per day and this room turned out to be a deluxe room the first day he said nothing about the dent in the towel then a couple of days later he wanted to go back the same room he said it was a deluxe room the cost for two was $70 before that we rented the same room for a day for $45 like he wants to finish the season for us and here his conscience does not allow him to offer the amount twice especially after returning from the hotel okay we were tired especially in the evening where will you find a hotel then we barely agreed on $55 like a standard room costs $65-70 and he gives it to me for $55 okay it's not about the money we checked in in the bed hair the same dent and also slippers worse you can't even say this deluxe room on Booking is a different price better ask right away even for $30-35 we rented here then there is such etiquette if you don't ask the room to be cleaned then they should not open the room and clean without our permission if it would have been cleaned normally and they just came in the sheets were changed and everything is garbage) after our check-in, we checked in next door for $40 for two, next time we won't set foot in there again!!!!!
