stayed in this hotel in the Beşiktaş area of Istanbul for 5 days, and overall it was a great experience. The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything, lively yet convenient, and ideal for exploring the city.
The interior of the hotel is a bit dated, but I was informed that renovations are planned soon. Knowing that, it didn’t bother me too much, and everything was still clean and comfortable throughout my stay.
The combination of a fantastic location and a pleasant stay really made the trip enjoyable. Once the updates are done, I can only imagine the hotel will be even better. I’d happily stay here again!

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. The location is amazing very close to transport links, shops, cafés and great food spots. The area is lively but still feels safe at all hours, and it’s central to so many places in Istanbul, which makes getting around super easy.
The staff are always helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I keep coming back because the experience is consistently great.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Turkuaz Suites Bosphorus and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a really comfortable bed.
The location was perfect close to everything but still quiet enough to relax.
Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

My stay was very disappointing, and unfortunately the property does not match the photos or description.
There is no proper lobby or restaurant as shown in the pictures — instead, check-in is done by a man in a small kitchen area. The whole place feels more like an old residence rather than a hotel, which they actually admitted to me later.
Cleanliness was average, and the building next door is undergoing major construction, which is extremely loud and clearly won’t be finished anytime soon.
The entrance area is not baby-friendly at all: very steep stairs, no assistance offered — we had to carry a stroller, a baby, and bags by ourselves every time. The rooms are old, outdated, with worn furniture and an old bathroom.
Another unpleasant surprise: when my sister came to visit for a short time, they asked me to pay an extra €40 “guest fee.”
When I tried to explain to the manager that the photos should be updated if these facilities no longer exist, he refused, citing some “law,” and insisted that no one complains and that guests “feel at home.” Personally, I find this very misleading. I honestly believe the property is not worth the price they are charging — even half of it would be closer to the real value.
Overall, I feel the listing is deceptive, and I don’t understand where the positive reviews come from.

I had an amazing stay at Turkuaz Suites Hotel! Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the atmosphere of the hotel made me feel completely at home.
A special thank you to Ali, the manager, for his exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. He was always available, attentive, and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect.
I also want to mention Haron at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. His friendly attitude and quick assistance made the check-in and check-out experience smooth and pleasant.

A spacious, clean, and well-maintained property very close to Beşiktaş Şairler Park. The room was equipped with an oven, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, and complimentary coffee. We stayed during a cold period and had no heating issues. They were helpful with parking, as there was parking available in front of the property. The staff was absolutely friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

In a wonderful area like Beşiktaş, we had a home-like hotel experience. The rooms were huge. The house was beautifully decorated, and the bathroom had shampoo but no body lotion. It would have been better if the kitchenware was more generous. It's fair to say they lacked equipment and supplies. However, the breakfast spread was delicious. Thank you everyone.

It was a truly enjoyable experience! It's impossible not to start the day with energy thanks to the details that capture the New Year's spirit. Breakfast was plentiful, and the central location makes it easy to get everywhere on foot or by public transportation. The rooms were spacious and airy. We're so glad we had this enjoyable travel experience. Thank you for everything.

The suite I stayed in was a Junior 1 Bedroom suite. It is adequate, large, multiple windows and balcony doors that can open up to let the fresh air in. The room is large and spacious, however, there are a couple of things to be aware of. If you plan to work on the table, it is not exactly a working table. The plug points are on the side wall and the chair/table configuration are not meant for working. Also the char does NOT have side arms. Two constant problems with Turkuaz - water bottles (I stayed over over 20 days and water bottle provisioning was always an issue). Secondly, topping up the coffee/sugar bowl again had to remind them. The floor cleaning was an issue, if one walked around the room barefoot, you'd accumulate the dirt and the soles of your feet would be black. The washer/dryer is simple to run (if you don't know how to use it - ask for instructions or download Manual PDF in English). The breakfast is decent, not that I ever had it - it looked decent. The hotel staff is extremely courteous. The internet sucks. Please make alternative arrangements. It just plain sucks. The bathroom is nice and clean, albeit so so so many times, the sink would clog up - just a huge annoyance, and good luck in trying to tell them in Turkish that the sink needs to be plunged. Now a bad value for money for the short stay, but for the long stay this can be expensive. Lots and lots of food delivery places and grocery stores in walking distance (4-10 minutes walk). Tons of cafes and restaurants all around. Is this the best deal in town? Probably not. I'm sure you can get better deals, but you will have to haggle. Most of the time, they will tell you, it is booked or not. It is not. Adequate lighting in the room. Water pressure is decent. AC unit works well. Value for money is decent. Could be 15%-25% cheaper.
