The apartment manager behavior is very arrogant and rude. It seems that his prime mission is to the grab the money once you are there. The pictures does not reflect the real condition of the apartment which is quite teared out and the manager who is the whole sole lord of the property with limited staff members does not show any flexibility to accommodate and push you to live with it. He acts over smart. The location is close to Istaklal street which is the only plus point of the property.
The property manager behavior. The point is not about right and wrong, its about the way to talk and attitude with the customers, should not be rude and foul language.

if up to 5 people, you can get a room there,
we were two, and had a lovely apartment, spacious, clean, warm and cozy.
any time I am going to Istanbul and staying around the area of Taksim, for sure Entes is my first chice.
the staff we met were so nice and kind,
I would suggest adding a microwave in the room, and a big plastic bowl 🥣 to clean fruit, and adding a washed dishes rack, to make the kitchen excellent,
as some other reviews mentioned, the place doesn't have breakfast and they don't serve food, but yo have a convenient store very near to it, and many restaurants that serve food all day, and you can prepare your oun food in the flat kitchen, and the big refrigerator in the flat can hold all the food you might need.
A hot water cattle and a full gas oven ate there to serve the guests

I've received the attic room. Clean, warm and the most quiet room I stayed in Istanbul so far. The place is excellent. The staff is super friendly. I couldn't ask for more

Location : excellent . Center of Taksim . One can reach to all attractions very conveniently through Metro or Tram .
Rooms : very spacious suites . Highly neat and clean with kitchenette having oven , gas and refrigerator.
Service : excellent service . Entire staff is so cheerful and helping . hotel Manager Mr Cuneyt is very friendly and helpful and can advice you on almost every aspect from touristic point of view.

This place is awesome. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. I stayed in this place for one week with a big family of 6. The unit we booked was very clean, and the room service every day was helping us keep it clean all the time. We had everything we needed specially in terms of the kitchenware. The location is very good. It is very close to istiklal street. There was no noise at night during the week days, but in weekend, it got a bit noisy. The building has an elevator, and it is very good for elderly people. The people running the business were all professional and very helpful all the time.
