Hotel Devman in Istanbul

I stayed at the Devman Hotel for 4 nights (8-12.06), I chose it based on the location and reviews of the service and hospitality of the staff. The hotel is located right next to the Şişan metro station (this was very important for me) next to the pedestrian Istiklal Street, where there are many shops and cafes. I had a quiet room on the 6th floor with a view of the city, the room had everything you need (air conditioning, TV, a huge double bed, the room was cleaned every day). Special thanks to the manager Novruz, who speaks excellent Russian 🙏 and is generally a sincere, open and always smiling person 😊 He quickly helped at the hotel if something was needed, told a lot of nuances about Istanbul restaurants and the city in general, advised how to get to the sights faster and better and always said "feel at home" 🤗. And indeed, I felt at home, calm and safe. I also wanted to mention and say "Thank you" to the owner of the hotel Behram, who speaks excellent English. Every morning he greeted guests with a smile and asked "How are you? Is everything okay? Do you need anything?" Serious, but responsive. He responded very quickly to my request to bring an iron, and after 5 minutes Kemal (another manager) was standing next to me at the reception with an iron .. I did not expect such a quick reaction, to be honest (I thought they would bring it during the day, but they brought it within 5 minutes plus a small ironing board 👍 generally cool 👏👏👏). Everything is very prompt and kind, like at home 😊 Another point is the breakfasts: hearty (vegetables, olives, cheeses, sausage, eggs, scrambled eggs, lots of pastries, oatmeal, apples, pears, watermelon) - everything is always fresh and tasty. Overall, the hotel team are professionals, wonderful, responsive and hospitable people who help make your stay in Istanbul even more enjoyable and unforgettable. I highly recommend the Devman Hotel to all guests.

..another lovely stay at Devman Hotel. It is located just off the main shopping street in the centre of Istanbul. I enjoyed my conversations with Novruz and Kemal. Both speak English quite well, and I could practice my Turkish. The choice at breakfast was more than sufficient for me with fresh filter coffee. The rooms are perfect and very clean with great mattresses. Nothing more is needed.

I love everything about this hotel. Each time I visit the istanbul, I only choose them. The hotel staff are truly good people. When I travel alone to Istanbul, staying at this hotel makes me feel safe and surrounded by family. Extremely recommended.

The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul, next to Istiklal Street and just a two-minute walk from the Şişhane metro station. We were impressed by the comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly yet respectful staff. The receptionists also speak fluent English and Russian. If we return to Istanbul in the future, I would stay here without hesitation.

Hotel was in excellent location and near to restaurants and cafes. Personal were friendly, roooms are clean, price is good. Thanks for everything! Next time again here and only here!

Dave Man Istiklal Hotel It is the first experience at the hotel. The reception was wonderful and the check-in was fast. The staff are friendly and speak English and Turkish. The Arabic is a bit broken. The room is nice, small and beautiful. The bathroom is very good and has a bidet. The breakfast is nice and varied. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the end of Istiklal Street. A beautiful experience that will be repeated, God willing.

The hotel was very cosy,clean and it served amazing hospitality.
Close to Galata Tower and Karakoy area,very safe but a little noisy from the bars especially on Saturday.
Definitely we ll meet each other soon and the first thing I am going to do when I come back home to tell to my friends about your service

The location is PERFECT, walking distance to everything. The staff are very sweet and helpful, feels like a small family vibe. Very clean and tidy. Room was comfortable and met all my needs. Wifi worked great, shower was hot and good pressure. Elevator is nice to have too! They helped me get a taxi for the airport too. No complaints.
