The hotel was very convenient for me as a first-time visitor to Istanbul. It's located near a tram station and major tourist attractions, making transportation incredibly easy.

The hotel is perfectly located: close to all the attractions and a tram stop. Breakfast was a solid three out of five, and the staff were responsive. The view from the terrace is gorgeous!

Location : Tram just infront of the hotel, easy to go anywhere. Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque just few steps aways 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Breakfast view with terrace : Can see clearly and very near to Blue Mosque. Its 24 hours access. One of the best plus point for this hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Host : Very easy to deal, they allowed us to stay in the lobby while waiting for our flight which is late at night. They also helped to store our luggages for free. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟



All in all, its a very good choice for someone who wants to explore Sultanahmet area with easy transport anywhere else in Istanbul.

Good hotel. The location is simply excellent. The view from the terrace during breakfast is magnificent. Responsive staff. The rooms are small, but all amenities are available. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast.

Superb location. If you are first time vising Istanbul then I recommend this Hotel. The place is within the center of tourist attractions/objects. Very close proximity to Tram, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar. You can access Eminonu easily by using Tram, from there you can go literally anywhere (Galata, Karakoy, Uskudar, Kuzguncuk, Kadikoy, take Boshporus Cruise, etc).

Location is everything, tram line is right in front of hotel! It’s in the heart of SultanAhmet attractions, you can literally walkabout. Room is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is adequate. Lift is working. No complaints at all.

Amazing location in the centre of Sultanahmet. Great helpful staff and easy check in and out. Breakfast was not amazing but the views were great. Rooms were clean and comfy and they also have a locked luggage room available for all.

I came in December so it was fairly quiet, but if you come in the warm months there will surely be a large crowd. The terrace upstairs offers good views around and a good place to meet people. Located very well right off the Sultanhamet Tram stop, and very convenient to get to almost anywhere in Istanbul. Offers cheap breakfast, cheap ride to airport, and nice rooms with heat/ac and warm water for shower. Wifi is average. Hosts are very helpful, and informative. Great place to stay, especially for backpackers.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.

Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL

Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
