I would like to thank the staff of Kecik Hotel Istanbul for their professional service. The rooms are always clean and tidy. They never refused to help on call and requests. The location of the hotel is top...all important sights of Istanbul are located not far from the hotel.
Hotel like hotel, room service was alright, clean rooms. Got clean towels 2 times. 8/10
On arrival the room was not even clean, old towels left, drawers were full with garbage. We had to wait for another hour to be cleaned. The breakfast was very basic, staff almost doesn't speak English. Shower stall is really really small. We could not open the window because of the smell coming from the kitchen directly in the room.
Decent budget hotel, close to the public transport stations, there is a plenty of stores around it, pharmacy just across the the street. Simple , but good enough breakfast if you manage to be at the restaurant around 7: 10 AM :))

At the time of check in the staff were not welcoming and they left me to deal with my luggage alone until I demanded assistance. The guy who was supposed to assist started yelling claiming we got alot of baggage. After moving them in they left us without assistance to our room because they got a group of tourists as if we are not their guests. We were left standing at the lobby without any assistance waiting for them to finish checking in a whole group that arrived after us. This so unacceptable and inappropriate
