The hotel is small: there were only four rooms on our floor. There is an elevator and stairs. Our room was a triple, but it was actually a double room with an extra bed. There was a severe lack of storage space, so it was cramped overall. There was an empty minibar, a tea set, 1.5 liters of water (refilled), slippers, shampoo, and bar soap. There is no shower gel. The bed linen is crisp white, and the mattresses are comfortable. The air conditioning was on. The balcony overlooked the courtyard (no view), but that was good for a restful sleep. There is a free safe. Housekeeping was good; it was always clean, except for the rust in the sink. The sink itself was very shallow, which is inconvenient. The hair dryer was good and powerful.
The staff was friendly; even before check-in, they sent a confirmation of our reservation and offered a transfer for an additional fee. Some of the staff speak some Russian. The Wi-Fi connected immediately, but my son had some issues with his Huawei phone, but the receptionist helped. There's a scale for weighing luggage at reception.
Breakfasts are hearty: omelets, boiled eggs, a selection of cheeses, sausages, fresh vegetables, herbs, several types of olives, savory pastries, cereal, toast with a toaster, French fries, salads (varies), tangerines, juices like Yupi, bagged tea, and a coffee machine. The selection of sweet pastries was constantly changing (cakes, thin crepes, pancakes, sliced cake, biscuits – several varieties were always available). There were plenty of tables.
The crowd included Russians, Europeans, and quiet Chinese.
- I think this hotel could use a little renovation
If you are not a fan of Turkish breakfast ,
I would suggest to book rooms only without breakfast , as we didn’t like it much.
