There was an issue related to the number of beds but the guest service team worked brilliantly to compensate the inconvenience we encountered. Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Dinner at the restaurant was so good!

So good that I looked forward to waking up every morning. Grabbing a taxi was easy here but if you’re aiming to tour with a public transportation like bus and metro, you might have to walk +15mins

I used an indoor pool and gym, which were well managed and most importantly clean. We also had a breakfast which consisted of Turkish traditional cuisine and wide range of dishes to choose from

The hotel is extremely clean, all the facilities are new and modern. The lobby is great for relaxing during the day and the bar on top floor is very nice as well

Breakfast didn’t disappoint at all, filter coffee was delicious, so many food options to choose from. We will definitely be back soon

All in all, operations are smooth, and the facilities are maintained to a very high level. Thanks for the unforgettable times

The staff were the real highlight, thank you to Eren who cleaned our room perfectly, Nur and Tutahan who welcomed us and served us at the buffet which were all so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay special

I am first time at this hotel, and I was impressed by the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. In the room there is a shower and bathtub, first time i am seeing that in the same room

The front desk was super efficient, and check-in was lightning fast! The room was clean and tidy, with branded toiletries. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it was perfectly fine for business trips. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to Marmaray train station, only few minutes away, so you don't need a car to go to Üsküdar or Sirkeci station, where's Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque or other in known places nearby

Also by walking from there, easily can go Galata bridges, Taksim etc. The hotel is in front Pendik Sahil (beach and walking zone)

I will start with the food in the restaurant: it not tasty at all, the most of the time the green salads were dry and very bad quality. The main meels was not tasty, most of them without even salty

At the end when I checked out they asked me if I had something of minibar which was always empty. The housekeeping didn't clean the room, she only change towels and trashes and make the bed

After 3 Years we were back at the Hilton because i was curious how it looks like after the Renovation and I have to say, the Mix between the Historical and the Modern Time has succeeded well! The view was beautiful and the food/snacks in the Executive Lounge were delicious

We stayed here with family for 3 nights. Staff at reception, restaurants, gym and cleaning were all very polite. Rooms were large and comfortable. Good size of the gym with lots of machines and weight training options

Swimming pool is very big, indoor and outdoor. A little away from the Europe side of the city Center, but one cone walk to the metro station, 10 min away and it takes 20 min to get to the heard of tourist locations

The hotel is located about 45 mins away from the airport in a quiet neighbourhood. The pool is one of the largest I've seen at a hotel and the rest of the hotel amenities looked fantastic

They directed us to an incredible hotel buffet breakfast that had everything you could ever want. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and had fantastic views of the pool and sea

Second, every night around 1:30 AM, there was a loud running or rushing sound directly above my room. It disrupted my sleep consistently over the three nights. The staff was polite but unresponsive to these problems

The actual Ciragan Palace houses only about 10 top suites and is used mostly as its meetings and events venue. It is lovely to be able to walk around the Palace and stroll along the Bosphorus on Palace's promenade

There's an outdoor swimming pool, and the hotel's back garden is right next to the Bosphorus Strait. Sitting on the swings, gazing at the beautiful scenery and palaces, was truly a wonderful experience

I booked it this time primarily for the breakfast and the Executive Lounge The breakfast has very wide and delicious selection, it is highly recommended The location is a little out of the way for the main touristy areas but there is a subway station a short walk from the hotel

As a Diamond member we got upgraded to executive rooms did not get upgraded to suite but they added extra beds for my daughters which was perfect. Miss Busra was very helpful and organised everything

Stayed at Hilton Kozyatagi Istanbul and had a great time. Hotel is lovely, on the Asia side and right next to the train station so very easy to get to the Europe side

Stayed on the 15th floor and had great views of the city Overall, the hotel great and if breakfast is your thing then you will not be disappointed

They offered free space for my business meetings and they did even serve cold/hot drinks during those meetings. They were not willing to charge me anything for all those and I had to force them to take the payment

They are far from being greedy. This is the very right place to rest easy after your exhausting work hours. You will not see/hear drunks or hookers disturbing you in the middle of the night unlike nearby places
