⭐ Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived.

When my friend and I arrived at the hotel, the staff saw us carrying our luggage and did not offer any help at all, which is unacceptable for any hotel that claims to respect its guests.
At the reception, the staff member named Suleiman treated us very poorly and disrespectfully.

After receiving the room keys, no staff member escorted us to the room or informed us which floor it was on, nor did anyone help us with the luggage.

The hotel advertised a welcome fruit platter in the room, but this was not provided. When we contacted them, they promised to fix the issue the next day, which never happened.

Other serious issues:
• No drinking water was provided in the room upon arrival. When contacted, they said they forgot and would send it.
• Bed sheets were not changed, only rearranged.
• The hair dryer does not work.
• The room faces a main street with unbearable noise.

In short, this hotel offers no value for money and does not meet even basic hospitality standards.
❌ I do not recommend booking this hotel at all. You will be wasting your money.

⭐ Çok Kötü Bir Deneyim – Kesinlikle Tavsiye Etmiyorum

Maalesef bu oteldeki deneyimim ilk andan itibaren çok kötüydü.

Otele arkadaşım ile birlikte geldiğimizde, valizlerimizi taşıdığımızı görmelerine rağmen personel hiçbir şekilde yardım etmedi. Bu, misafirlerine saygı duyan bir otel için kabul edilemez.
Resepsiyondaki Süleyman isimli çalışan bize son derece kaba ve saygısız davrandı.

Oda anahtarlarını aldıktan sonra, hiçbir personel bize odayı göstermedi, hangi katta olduğunu söylemedi ve valizler konusunda da yardım edilmedi.

Otelde, odada meyve ile karşılama olacağına dair bir duyuru vardı, ancak bu yerine getirilmedi. İletişime geçtiğimizde sorunun ertesi gün çözüleceği söylendi, ancak hiçbir şey yapılmadı.

Diğer sorunlar:
• Odaya girişte içme suyu bırakılmamıştı. Sorduğumuzda unutulduğu ve gönderileceği söylendi.
• Çarşaflar değiştirilmedi, sadece aynı çarşaflar düzeltilmişti.
• Saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyor.
• Oda ana caddeye bakıyor ve gürültü dayanılmaz seviyede.

Kısacası, bu otel ödediğiniz paranın karşılığını vermiyor ve temel misafirperverlik standartlarını bile karşılamıyor.
❌ Bu otelde konaklamayı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Paranızı yanlış yere harcamış olursunuz.
