Terrible hotel with rude and unprofessional staff. The rooms are very worn out, there are cockroaches in the rooms. The door could not be locked. The food was bad and monotonous. There was loud and terrible music from morning to late evening. It cannot be recommended to anyone - not even if you know it is cheap

This so called hotel is just a piece of sh.... Not worth even if it was for free...don't waste your money because you'll regret it

This is the worst holiday we've ever been on, rude staff and food terrible. I do not like to say bad things about anybody but experience at this hotel still hurting me. No butter/margarine/toaster. plates and cutlery was not clean. place need to be regraded again and give no star. room service was a big joke. nothing has been cleaned during their visit to your room. in and out in 2 to 3 minutes max.. . there is no hot water for 4 days. when we complained,it was ignored. blame on Solar system. you will never get hot water in morning.. bathroom was not clean at any standard. how they end up getting 3-4 star grading. misleading tourists. AVOID AT ANY COST.

Terrible ordeal. Food is inedible and being recycled. WiFi doesn't work. Gym is smashed up and dangerous. Sauna was limited to the 2 hours a day that nobody is there to let you in. The bar is never staffed. You can only drink out of a 300 ml glass. Anything else is confiscated. Having spent a lot of money on eating out i tried to film the state of it and was surrounded and assaulted by staff who told me i would go to prison for taking pictures. They assaulted me and tried to steal my phone. They didn't get the phone and everything was caught on both my phone and their cctv. My family called loveholidays and demanded that they call the police. They did absolutely nothing. The staff at this hotel did their very best to try to get me to assault them. They held me against my will. They knew they had done wrong so decided to try and block me from leaving the room hoping I would be tricked into a Turkish jail. They also said we don't like UK. Yes ****** all on camera. And 3 days after returning loveholidays has still done absolutely nothing to contact me or anything. My life was clearly in danger thanks to them and they are nowhere to be found. Absolutely disgusting holiday from hell
