Hawaii Suite Beach Hotel in Alanya

Unfortunately bad experience. I paid extra for breakfast. Breakfast not even available now in March, restaurant closed. And hotel sells breakfast for 8€ (Agoda). No warm water in shower, not even after 5 mins. Next to hotel new building construction has just started resently. I do NOT recommend this hotel 2026 due to construction works 20m from backjard/pool.

We will not recommended the hotel for anyone. Cant said it was our worse holiday but definitely one of the worse hotel we stay so fare,

Book with extreme caution. The hotel has been photoshopped to the max. Poor staff, poor facilities, poor attitudes. Budget hotel. Booking not found on arrival. Room broken in to on first night. Really poor support. No atmosphere. Would not issues branded spirits at the bar as brochure promised. Only 5 sun beds. Tried to charge for everything. Not worth the money. Careful.

Awful stay . I’ve stayed in many hotels in Alanya and this one is by far the worse . Bedding didn’t get changed often , the room smelt of sewer and the air con let out a fishy smell . Staff are unpleasant and unwelcoming , we got threatened to be kicked out when we challenged paying an extra €300 for a room with a balcony (we had booked and payed for a room with a balcony in our booking ) food OMG awful rotten , not much to chose from , no labels to say what it was , most of it you couldn’t tell by looking at it . Pool area was ok but the sun loungers are disgusting you couldn feel the dirt when you sat on them and the smell of them was vile . No entertainment , no vibe or atmosphere , all round awful hotel and not worth the money

That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. To start with me and my mum arrived at the hotel at 12:10am Friday 3rd October and when we arrived they tried to charge us £300 extra to upgrade our room because they didn’t have any economic rooms left we refused to pay and had gotten the upgrade for free as it was a big inconvenience. Then walking by some of the staff as me and my mum walked to our room we were stared at from reception to the lift. Then after we slept we went for breakfast and it’s the WORST food I’ve ever eaten before but me and my mum let it slide thinking it was a one off. We then went back to the room so we can get some things to leave when there was a knock at our door and a maintenance guy came asking if we were checking out we said no we just got there he then came back 2 minutes later and told us reception wanted us so my mum went down and they tried to move us to the economic room we booked which they told us it was previously flooded which is why we couldn’t have it my mum explained she didn’t want the room in case it flooded again and ruined our clothes. we left the hotel a couple times and Friday evening me my mum and 2 Swedish women who was also mother and daughter went out when we came back we had 3 staff tell us they were coming with us to the beach and one staff member kept trying to grab my arm or hand I didn’t feel safe as a young girl because every time I moved my arm away he would try and grab my arm and hand again. Then the next day that same staff member asked for my instagram I told him I didn’t have it then he asked for my Snapchat so I told him I have a boyfriend but not long after I saw a notification on my instagram he had found my instagram but he didn’t know my last name so I think he’s looked at my passport information on the computer in reception and found it that way which made me feel unsafe and very uncomfortable. I think it’s disgusting how the staff can get away with actions on young women that make us uncomfortable because we left my dad and brother at home so it was only me and my mum and neither of us felt safe it’s absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!! They also lied about their hotel they said free WiFi but we were charged £30 for 2 of us for 7 nights, they also said they had a snack bar 10am-12pm in-between breakfast and dinner but they didn’t, they also said they had a children’s splash pool but it should not be classed as a pool. The staff don’t clean things, they have stray cats around the hotel which u will find everywhere to keep rodents away which is fine but what wasn’t fine is a cat had done its business on a sun-bed and the staff didn’t clean it they just flipped it which is absolutely vile they also left dead flies, live flies and stains on the seats indoor I have honestly never been in such an appalling hotel. Then on Tuesday me and my mum was with some people we had met playing cards and having a laugh trying to make the best of our holiday with zero entertainment from the hotel it was 9

Ordered a trip with my husband for an all inclusive trip, thinking we didn't have to worry about food or drinks... the breakfast was poorly made and they had the bare minimum. Only beer included and some alkohol with redbull-mix. I wouldn't recommend this any further.

Ive stayed in multiple hotels across Alanya and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, they charged an extra €300 for a room with a balcony even tho we originally payed extra for a balcony the food is absolutely disgusting im pregnant and it didn’t state what it was I was eating, they threaten to kick us out because we tried to explain we already payed for the balcony I think they are just doing this to con out more money of people, the staff are rude calling us disrespectful because my family where playing ball in the pool, we stayed for 16 days and the sheets on the bed got changed TWICE! nothing got wiped down only topped up the toilet paper. Disgusting hotel stay far as possible

My partner and I been in there for a week with all inclusive and honestly I wouldn't recommend no one to go there. a part of that they always trying you to pay for everything even it's all inclusive the food was horrendous I get sick first days many flies on the breakfast watermelon were cutted like with their nails full of flies ,the eggs was the rest of the days before so after 3rd day in there we just was eating from outside restaurants no expending no time o. The hotel just for sleep
