1st day there is hot water. But next Two days there is No hot water for 2 days , , , we are in winter /February/ 2021. We are Without shower, the blanket is OLD and small size for single not for marriage people , , , , ,
we asked them to change the blanket to big size , , , , they gave us extra OLD and small size also,
For 3 days the shower and bathroom with only one small size hand SOUP , , , there is no shampoo or soup in the shower . . . . Toilet paper for only one day , , , next Tow days without toilet paper , , , we bought soups and toilet paper from migros MM store.

I did a reservation threw Airbnb which is confirmed and I payed in advance the entire amount
When I went on my booking day the hotel told me that they don’t have a reservation by my name and if I want to do a new booking I have to pay double the price we agreed on
I contacted the host and he said that he is not working for them anymore and he can not help
So We stayed at the street without a room and without our money for several hours till Airbnb refunded our money
