If your looking for a basic, clean hotel in a good location, this is a place to consider!
We ended up here after our original honeymoon fell through, however the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating.
The chef was my favourite member of staff. He was lovey despite our language barrier we tried to communicate. If your wanting to try local food… which was amazing this is the hotel for you. Only down fall was breakfast got repetitive.
if you expect a full English breakfast every morning and chips with every meal this is not the place for you… however McDonald’s is just across the street.
I’d be happy to return!

I am giving it 5 stars because we had a pleasent stay. This is not a 5 star hotel, so keep your expectations low. the rooms clearly need some renevation, but other than that the hotel is pretty nice.
Big thanks to all of the staff. They changed our room for our request the very next day and they allways made a smile on our face.
Look for Mustafa, he is such a kind and good person. He is allways there for you, if you have any questions and also makes you have a better mood.

The wi-fi is Free to use and sadly only usable at the hall. The usage of the air conditioner is also free. The bazaar and the beach is in 10 minutes walk.
If we come back to Alanya, we will definitely have a stay here.

was staying in this hotel last week of October. My recomendation: NEVER go to this place.
1) Broken balcony doors in my room. Was not fixed during all my stay.
2) Only cold shower (stuff was infomed lot times. did not helped).
3) bad food (not tasty, normal meat (chicken) - only once a week.
4) they are rating themselves as ALL included, but please note guys, if you drink more than two coctails or two glasses of wine per day - they can say that you are alcoholic.
5) stuff was horrible. Not plite, shouting on guests, drinking alcohol.

Enjoyed the pool area and hotel was really clean to be fair. Most of the staff were nice, a special thank you to Mustafa for always being so friendly and so helpful. Unfortunately the food wasn't great and was always cold. The all inclusive wasn't great either, just beer or wine, not much choice. The 2 managers were always sat round all day and all night watching everyone which made you feel a bit uncomfortable. If it wasn't for these things I might stay again.
The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the location. The staff are pushy for tips and rude. The food is completely inedible yet appears to be ‘all inclusive’ the 2 older owners sit around the pool all day and give awkward stares to customers all day. I would completely avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to waste your money.
Very basic hotel, clean but dated. It's hard to tell who are staff and who are guests though. One small, older man was very pushy, dictating about a tip with every drink my partner asked for. It says all inclusive but it most definitely isn't. Breakfast is awful, nothing cooked apart from boiled eggs. The evening meal is basic with nothing for a vegetarian. The chef is a nice guy but he can only cook what is available and expected to be creative. No English tea, only one white wine, one red and one beer is available in the bar. I know businesses are struggling but this isn't good. No entertainment, no laundry, no gym. Nothing makes this stand out apart from it being quiet. Would I come back? No way.
