its nothing like on pictures, the worst aparthotel, paid whole trip 1400 for 5ppl, would pay for the tickets but not for the hotel even one cent, my kid got hearted, door in shower fell off, old sheets

Black mold in at least 3 rooms, presumably also in the entire hotel. In addition, the cleaning is poor, dangerous electrical components, beds hard as planks, neither the AC nor the internet work as they should, the lift is extremely cramped, the corridors and stairs lack light and are therefore pitch dark and only 1 employee understands English.

Very poor condition. None of the hairdryers in a total of five rooms worked. Discovery of lots of black mold!! Several other guests confirm that it is also in their room. Incredibly poor cleaning of the rooms. Food residue on cups, cutlery, saucepans etc. Dilapidated and little upgraded. All of the paint is peeling off on moldings and doors. Never seen anything like it. Should be shut down in my opinion.

As an apart staff that we come and go every year, the cleaning is really good, the pool is excellent, I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed for 1 week, it was not cleaned even once, the freezer part of the refrigerator did not have a cover, whatever we put in the closet froze, the air conditioner was working very loudly and one air conditioner was insufficient for 2 rooms. Staff were friendly and the pool was clean.
