Note - It’s 2hrs from the international airport. . . We are three nights into a seven night stay and honestly, it’s been disappointing. The food is bland and repetitive, the pool water is freezing, and WiFi costs €2 a day, which feels ridiculous in 2025.

Reception staff are mostly rude and unwelcoming. One receptionist, who always looks grumpy, picked up the phone mid conversation and left me waiting without apology. Others start serving new guests before finishing with you, which feels dismissive.

As the only Black guests here, we’ve felt uncomfortable being stared at and constantly called “Americana.” Most guests are Russian or Ukrainian and it really feels like the hotel mainly caters to them, while everyone else is overlooked.

The only positive was one male receptionist who helped us order food late at night. Even he seemed stressed, but at least he cared. The location is good, but that’s about it. Will update this review at the end of our stay.

Service was nice, location good but entire hotel got stomach flu. We were vomitting and having diarrhea 24/7 entire week: the entire hotel. It was really bad. Employees are nice

Checked in first night and the hotel made an error spelling one of the names, kept us waiting over an hour, pushed us into having an upgrade as compensation which we then had to pay for.. but did give us free WiFi for 3 out of 6 people.
Food was not the best, ended up eating out most of time

we arrived at this hotel at 2 in the morning, the staff on reception was very dry and short, he took us to our room, didn’t offer to take any luggage. very surprised that this hotel is a 4 star, the room was tiny and outdated, after all the travelling we were hungry and thirsty, no water in the fridge or any midnight snacks like soup. all inclusive finishes at 11 at night! we had to buy water/ juice from reception, we also asked if there was wifi, wifi is not included so had to pay extra for it. food looked like sick and there was no labels to say what it was, it was almost the same every day. the dining part is small, some nights didn’t manage to get a seat. in the room, our fridge was yellow, the key to put the electricity on was hanging off the wall so had to bash it in to put it on, suprised the air con worked and didn’t have to pay so that’s a plus!! empty shampoo and conditioner bottle hanging in the shower for guests (isn’t been topped up) lots of marks on the wall around the room, was only a shower nozzle that was discusting and rusted. a cheap looking shower curtain that didn’t hold the water in so all the bathroom floor was soaking and the shower mat was all soaked from the shower. we had a broken light as well as a tv from the 80s!! the pool was good, clean and a good size. not a lot of sunbeds and our towels got token off us as sun bed reserving is forbidden even though multiple people had done it though out the week. entertainment is only on 3 nights a week. even when entertainment is on, it was rubbish and not interesting. when checked out 20 mins later, we realised we forgot to lift our snacks for the plane, we got told we were not aloud to go back into the room and someone else was now in it, i couldn’t imagine if this was money or some device if it came to that. the staff are so unhelpful and rude, not even a smile on their faces!! it was a 200ml cups for spirits and about 150 of that maybe more it was just pure vodka, all the cups were tiny and unclean, beer was flat and all came in a plastic cup. about a 10/15 minute walk to shops which was quite good, the beach was right across the road but never went as told it was really rocky. we didn’t buy much for ourselves but we spent more money than we did for the flights and hotel. the hotel is in a good location, if it was a little bit nicer, we’d consider coming back. personally wouldn’t come here and waste your money on this hotel.

We recently stayed at Saritas Hotel in Alanya and overall had a pleasant experience.

Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the staff was consistently polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strong points—right in front of the beach and well-connected to the city centre, making it ideal for families.

The hotel was always clean and well-maintained. The food was of good average quality, but we found it quite inconvenient that there were no labels or tags on the various dishes. This made it difficult to understand what was being served, especially for guests with dietary preferences or restrictions.

We did encounter a leakage issue in our room. While we weren’t offered a different room, the staff responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently.

One major downside was the lack of clarity regarding the “All Inclusive” service. Many things that are typically included were actually considered extras, which was disappointing and confusing.

We’d like to give special recognition to one of the bar staff members—always dressed in black with long hair tied in a bun—who consistently provided excellent service. He truly stood out and made a difference in our experience.

Overall, it was a nice stay with a few areas that could be improved.

Just finished a "vacation" in this hotel. Terrible experience. A hotel that supposedly has 4 stars, but in reality it has maybe 1 star.

The room is very old, I shared the balcony with the hotel cleaning staff. When I asked for a better room, of course I didn't get one because the hotel was supposedly full.

The food is horrible to say the least. Meat and fish in minimal quantities. Mostly there are various vegetables, so you have one huge plate of parsley, one plate of grapes, one plate of ketchup, mayonnaise, 3 plates of the same cheese (the only difference is that the cheeses are topped with a different spice). Food is repeated and the same food is used for several meals. For a couple of days you have boiled unpeeled eggs for breakfast, and then after a couple of days those eggs appear peeled and halved as the main course at dinner. On the third day of our stay, my wife got poisoned by the food she ate there - because until that moment we had not eaten anywhere outside the hotel. She had vomiting and fever. We also heard people in other rooms throwing up, because the insulation is so weak and you can hear everything.

We had all inclusive, but until 10am you can't get drinks such as coca cola, fanta and the like. They pour you those drinks in the bar, probably to limit you and to make you drink as little as possible and thereby save money. There are 2 very young guys working in the bar, who are very arrogant and rude. I guess it's part of the hotel management's plan to be served by such people and to make you uncomfortable to order something you've already paid for.

The hotel's private beach is shown in the pictures on the website much differently than it is in reality. In the pictures it is on one side of the underpass, and live on the other. The website also shows a beach bar, which of course does not exist.

The only praise I have for the staff that cleans the rooms is that the rooms are cleaned every day. Of course, those people give their best and are the least responsible for the chaotic situation in that hotel.

I'm sorry that our first visit to Turkey went like this. During our stay in Alanya, we saw that there are very kind people and good hotels. Unfortunately, this hotel is only used for robbery and everything around it is a scam, to give you as poor a service as possible for as much money as possible. We will certainly give Turkey and the Turkish people a new chance in the future, but we hope in a much better hotel that, if it has 4 stars, will actually look and function like that.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Horrible place, avoid. Rooms are very old and not maintained. Doors are not closing. They will try to charge you for everything. Internet 2€ a day per person, say what? Cleaning ladies trying to charge us for cleaning the room. Two weeks stay, they cleaned it 3 times. After trying to charge us you don't even ask them any more. I have seen people trying to complain, complete waste of time. Food is scarce. You will be queuing for rubbish food. A few times they made kebabs and fish and it was rationed, only to try not to eat. Many people get food poisoning including myself, and end up staying overnight in the hospital. The ambulance was regularly staying in front of the hotel. The only plus was the beach as it is very close and you have a free bed and umbrella if you wake up at 6 to put your towel to reserve it. Overall very disappointed and next time I will trust the bad comments as this time I ignored them by thinking that they are from some posh spoiled people, trust me they are not. They play music by the pool all day it is very loud and has the same songs every day so you won't be resting during the day.

We arrived at 1am and there was an issue with our booking from love holidays but the staff were kind and gave us a room till the issue was sorted. We were given room on the 4th floor and it was decent. I was worried after reading all the reviews.
The food is okay they change few things from the menu but it does get boring. The staff were all kind..we went to the beach at night and really enjoyed it.

If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't even look there, it's a disaster. In the case of 3 houses, only the sea view rooms in the first house are nice rooms. The others are still very old and tired, most of the rooms had some kind of air conditioning problem. Many people said that. We got a better room for 100 euros. There are not enough chairs for everyone on the beach, you have to put a towel on the chair early in the morning at 6 o'clock if you want to lie on the chair.
Meals
Pasta, rice and porridge that have been in circulation this whole week. When the chicken was served, people from the three hotels were sure to line up to get something tastier. Even the potatoes disappeared as soon as they were brought. It is not normal that I have to be there after the opening because there is no choice after that. The canteen is small for the number of people. In short, I didn't go hungry, but I would still like a better menu during my vacation, not pasta or porridge.
The serving staff was ok
Bottled water is not provided by the hotel, but you can get it from the drinking machine, which is cold
and is connected to the general water tap. Warm water is not suitable for drinking because it has a disgusting smell and taste. The same water that comes from the tap in the room.
