I visited this hotel with my Wife and daughter October / November 2025. FOOD - Food was awful, often cold (eg Soup), tasteless but worst of all had no labels so there was no way of knowing what it was of what ingredients were in it. Not good for customers with allergies. When I asked a staff member what was in a dish they just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know! ROOM - our room overlooked a roof with no view - make sure you book a room overlooking the pool, not the front of the hotel. STAFF - concierge staff were very helpful and polite. Most other staff were rude, especially the man who looks after the towels for the pool area (extremely rude person) SMELLS - at certain times of the day there is a sewerage smell around the hotel / area. Also DO NOT BOOK if you are not a smoker. it seemed that the vat majority of customers in the hotel were chain smoking pretty much all day and the place smelt of smoke. LOCATION - was good for shopping. Whilst the hotel is not backing onto the beach, it was easy to access. The beach was clean and a nice place to spend time. Finally, the hotel seemed dark and dingy. We would not go back

Nice hotel not far away from the sea- like 300 m walk; they also take guests in golf carts frequently from 8.30 til 18.00.
we had sea view room 1110 - nice, comfortable with pool view. i would recommend asking for this side as the other wing faces the stage, so evening entertainment might disturb you.
great choice of all kinds of dishes. i believe it caters all tastes, at least i had a lot to choose from. drinks in the bars- variety, international as well.

overall im very satisfied, we had great relax! even enjoyed the hamam and 4 massage sessions. felt great afterwards!

The room was very clean, cleaned daily, and well-maintained. Minibar was poorly restocked only one item per type even though we were three guests.
The bathroom was excellent, with hot water, good pressure, and daily toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel).
Wi-Fi was terrible, disconnected constantly.
Air conditioning worked only half the time.
Food was basic, repetitive, and uninspired both in the restaurant and at the beach bar.
Drinks were even worse at the beach, watered down and flavorless.
Alcoholic drinks tasted like juice, and were inconsistent every time.
I slept well, no loud music at night.
Evening shows were held daily, the overall vibe was loud and family-oriented.
The hotel is very noisy and crowded, especially with kids.
Jeep safari was the best part of my trip a real highlight and the only activity that broke the boredom.
Other than shopping and beach, there’s nothing to do in the area.
Shops are expensive, clearly taking advantage of tourists.
The beach was nice, but no umbrellas just net covers. Sunbeds and beach bar were free, but still, nothing exciting. Very quiet and a bit boring.
No hidden fees, but some strict rules: no food in the room, no glass at the pool.
The TV only had German and Turkish channels, no English.
Staff only spoke German if you don’t speak it, you’re ignored.
As a non-German guest, I felt mistreated and invisible at times.
Hotel looks clean and pleasant with greenery and decoration, but there were unpleasant smells at times near common areas.
Not enough seats at the restaurant or pool always a struggle.
Final thoughts: if you speak German and only care about a clean room, it might work.
But if you’re an international traveler, you’ll likely feel excluded and disappointed.

Room was tidy All week, personal was very helpful, two classic pools and one specially for toddlers, good food everyday something new, evening bbq by the pool was great, beach IS around 400m away from hotel, transfer every 5 mins was good. Beach was tidy, beach restaurant had everything you wanted+ vitamin bar with Yummy drinks if your want ( specially ice coffee). Around the hotel many shops for shopaholics like me. Can recommend this hotel 👍

Incredibly kind staff, even the hotel manager went out of his way to help us! Very clean, cozy and modern with nice rooms, swimming pools and food, there’s also a shuttle to take to the beach which is very nice, but be careful of the tour guides that come by the hotel, we got scammed by one, the service on that rafting trip was trash, however they aren’t related to the hotel. The food was very delicious with a great variety of dishes, every week they rotate schedules, sometimes it’s sea food, sometimes meat etc. Really friendly cleaners, room was nice and spacious, very clean too with a very beautiful view of the sea

We spent 12 days at Luna Blanca Resort & Spa with my wife and our two daughters, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, doing everything to ensure we felt at home right away.
The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably cleaned every day. Our daughters thoroughly enjoyed the fun activities organized daily by the animation team. There was always something to do, from yoga to evening entertainment, making our days both relaxing and entertaining.
The food at the resort was simply fantastic! Special thanks to Rifat Bey, who made sure every meal was a true culinary experience. We enjoyed the diverse buffets and à la carte restaurants, offering a wide range of delicious dishes from different cuisines. There was something for everyone, and the food was always fresh and flavorful. The bars were also excellent, with a wide selection of drinks. Our compliments also go to Mustafa, the Waiter in the lobby; his attention to detail and hospitality made our evenings there truly special.

The staff was rude. At check-in, they tried to give us a cheaper apartment instead of the two rooms we paid for, claiming the hotel was overbooked. After we said we would contact the agency and file a complaint, two rooms suddenly became available.
