Alba Queen Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive in Side

I booked this amazing hotel through Loveholidays for a December break. The weather was a perfect mix of sunny, warm days and cool evenings. Staying during the off-peak season was a great choice as the hotel was not overcrowded, yet it was filled with friendly staff and guests.

Dining & Food: The food was exceptional. The main buffet ran like clockwork (Breakfast 07:00–10:30, Lunch 12:30–14:00, and Dinner 19:00–21:00). The variety changed daily, and it was a treat to see fresh food cooked right in front of you. The buffet was constantly restocked, and the waiters were incredibly attentive and friendly.

Additionally, the Food Bar next to the outdoor pool (open 11:00–17:00) was a personal favourite. It offered a full waiter service for both food and drinks. They also featured specific dessert hours for fresh waffles, pancakes, and ice cream, which were delicious.

Accommodation: We booked two rooms (a double and a triple). Both were spacious with large balconies overlooking the mountains. The rooms had a convenient "Clean Room/Do Not Disturb" switch system, and our rooms were cleaned daily, even on the mornings we chose to sleep in!

The beds were comfortable with soft pillows, and the rooms felt bright with plenty of lighting and lamps. A complimentary mini-bar was restocked daily, which was a lovely touch. The only minor issue was a slightly slow drain in one of our bathrooms, but it didn't impact our stay significantly.

Beach & Facilities: The beach is less than a 5-minute scenic walk away. The sand and ocean were very clean, with lifeguards on duty for safety. Free sunbeds are provided, though the beach bar carries additional charges.

The hotel facilities are extensive:

Spa: Available (though on the pricier side).

Pools: A great outdoor and indoor pool with a baby pool and a jacuzzi.

Gym: Equipped with the essentials.

Entertainment: 24-hour bar, an indoor arcade with a pool table, and different evening entertainment every night.

Connectivity: The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel and even reached as far as the beach!

Location & Local Area: A 10-minute walk from the hotel brings you to several markets. Even in the off-peak season, some shops were open with friendly owners selling clothes, jewellery, and bags. You can also book excursions like jeep safaris and quad biking. Loveholidays also provided a guide who arranged a complimentary shuttle to a larger market.

A beautiful highlight for me was the masjid located nearby; hearing the Adhan for the five daily prayers was a wonderful reminder and added a peaceful atmosphere to the holiday.

Overall, a highly recommended hotel for a relaxing and well-catered stay! Definitely coming again!

We are here now !!! Welcoming ,very clean , lovely room, lovely staff lovely varied food !!! Can't fault it will highly recommend it and we will be back ! The only issue we have is the cleaner on our floor she dos a marvellous job not that we have her in much but pesters for a tip every day telling us she finished unfortunately I've had the flu for a week so have spent the last week in the room and even though we have the light on red she still comes in saying finish finish my partner went to get some water and he said no ty to cleaning so she chased him down the stairs saying finish finish she's been saying it for 2 weeks a little annoying !!! We always tip at the end of our stay as we don't expect preferential service but sorry lady you've missed out leave people alone !!! Ty you to all the staff : reception waiters bar staff animation chefs and cleaners (bar 1) for making our stay very pleasurable!!!

Nice place to stay for short vacations. The hotel is rated as 5*. I agree with 5* when it comes to the hotel’s personnel, wifi service, food and outdoor pool. The room we stayed in, was in decent size, very clean, good quality beds and very nice balcony with view. What I was disappointed with was that in 5* hotel in 2025 there is no smart tv with streaming service. There was a small outdated TV set with cable channels in German and Turkish languages only. I also didn’t like the quality of bathroom supplies such as towels and toiletries. It was only two containers with liquid soap, one at the sink and the other at the tub. No shampoo or conditioner, no any lotion either. Usually in 5* you get these all.

We had a wonderful stay at Alba Queen Hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its clean, comfy rooms, beautiful grounds, and a wide range of facilities. The breakfast bar had something for everyone, the pool area was spotless, and the location was perfect for easy access to nearby sights. We would like to extend special thanks to Ali, our guide and trip coordinator. His meticulous organization, profound local knowledge, and attentive, courteous manner greatly enhanced our experience. Ali’s proactive approach, clear communication, and thoughtful recommendations ensured a smooth, safe, and memorable trip from start to finish.

We spent our 5-day holiday with a total of 8 people as two families and the hotel pleased us beyond our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel, the quality of the food, and the smiling faces of the staff were particularly noteworthy. Our little girl had a lot of fun at the Mini Club throughout the day and at the Mini Disco in the evening. The Turkish Music (Fasıl) night in particular gave us unforgettable moments. We are looking forward to spending our holiday again at this hotel, which we were pleased with in every respect.

We stayed at the Alba Queen Hotel in Çolaklı for 6 days 👨‍👩‍👦 and every moment was pure happiness! ✨

Our 5-year-old son LOVED the waterslides 🛝, the kids’ pool 💦 and the fun Mini Club – especially when he got to bake cookies 🍪 at the pool bar with other kids and the sweet staff 🥰

We parents finally had time to breathe: Dad played water polo with other guests 🤽‍♂️ and Mom had a blast doing aqua gym 💃🏼☀️ Lots of fun & laughs guaranteed! 😄

Our Superior room with sea view 🌊 was spotless 🧼, cozy 🛏️ and had a view that gave us goosebumps every morning 🌅

The food? So fresh, colorful & tasty every day 🍽️😋

And we’ll never forget the two incredibly kind restaurant staff (see photo 📸) – thank you for your smiles and your warm service 🙏🏼💙

💫 This hotel has a heart – and we carry a piece of it home with us.
