Reviews
The whole hotel smelt like sewage. We went as a family and had booked four rooms, 2 of which had to be changed on the second night as the stench from the bathroom was unbearable. It smelt like raw sewage was constantly being poured in and out of the toilets. Out of the 6 rooms we had in total (2 being changed), only 1 of the rooms bathroom actually locked - whilst all of the rooms bathrooms had locks, they didn’t work in all but one. Amenities were poor. The outdoor pool was also a mess. Pieces of random cardboard boxes were in the pool, leaves, insects you name it you’d find it in the outdoor pool. I understand it’s off season but that’s no excuse for a 5* hotel to turn its pool into a junkyard
Then we talk about the food - absolutely atrocious. Barely edible at best. We ended up eating out everyday - we opted for the all inclusive for ease but believe me you don’t want to eat here. On our penultimate evening, we gave dinner a try to find the chicken kebabs were completely raw - bloody. When we told the restaurant manager, he laughed and said so what (luckily we have this recorded on our meta glasses!)
And then you get to the question what is in fact included in the all inclusive? Basically nothing. Ayran was not included, whiskey was not included, “special coffees” - Irish coffee or baileys coffee not included, fresh juices not included, cocktails not included. Even WiFi wasn’t included anywhere in the hotel other than the lobby. If you’re going with the intention to experience an All inclusive holiday, DO NOT book this hotel. Believe the reviews. Go somewhere safe like Kirman hotels, or do your research and go somewhere safer.
If you’re going to explore turkey and just want somewhere to sleep, your money is better spent at a 3* or 4* hotel as this wasn’t a comfortable sleep either.
There isn’t a reason why you should stay in this hotel, there are better quality hotels available, and many 4* hotels would be levels above this.
Save your time and money.
could kill someone. No one cares here avoid at all cost. Wast of money rubbish hotel nothing 5 star about it. From food to service to hygiene it's absolutely ridiculous.
