I had to give 0 for service just because the management and front desk is terrible! The waiters such is Tajfun and Umut were great and most in resturant.
The lady from the spa is devil she thinks everyone is German and speaks to you only in German! Food is OK, ai think the hotel is clean didn't see much issues there and sleept in many hotels. Fee for internet 3 euro isn't much but disrespectful at leat ask 10!
Cleaning lady great and does a great job. overall staff great.
Fee for safe never in the world haven't see that. Overall 2, customer service is important you cant get rich from few bucks. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Golden Rock Hotel Side. Everything was clean and well kept, the staff were very kind, and watching the sunset here was truly magical. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. Aside from an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff during check-in, our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful.
The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were attentive and genuinely warm. I would especially like to thank Yasar, Selma, Ebru, Rabia, Ahmet, Salih, Resul, Ilyas, Efe, Umut, and Hayriye, who all did their best to make our stay enjoyable.
Our deepest gratitude goes to the lovely Ebru, who is dedicated, professional, and incredibly hardworking! She makes a sincere effort to recognize the needs of the guests and responds quickly and efficiently. A truly wonderful woman.
Also, there’s a lovely lady who makes the best omelet and the most delicious pizza in the world! She is so warm and sweet — an absolute gem.
I would definitely recommend this hotel because of its staff and cleanliness. The unpleasantness at the reception fades with time. I only hope they consider attending a course on assertive communication (especially the man dressed in a very casual manner, yet somehow decides everything — from how much you pay for internet to which floor you’ll be staying on).

We stayed as a couple and had a fantastic time! The hotel was super clean, the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The location was excellent — right in the heart of Side, just a short walk from the Ancient City. Everything was smooth and relaxing. We’d happily come back again!

Brand new Adult hotel Side Golden Rocks Hotel … Book this Hotel the rooms the showers are very modern & contemporary very clean .. staff are very attentive to your every need nothing is to much.

You will answer your customers here, please them with your service, please do not deceive people with your services that are not from social media. You say that we have snack bar service, we did not see it for 5 days, I do not know if it happens with 1 kilo of dry cake, we did not have a holiday in the hotel for the first time, you are deceiving people again, you are already deceiving people with swimsuit bikini style. I am calling out to all holiday-minded people from here, the hotel service is as follows: there is no such thing as breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack in between, you are talking about the pool at night, it is forbidden to enter the pool after 8 pm. You said to the customer because Turks use the pool a lot, you are not honest. Your staff said exactly the same thing. We made German friends from Izmir, Manisa, and Izmir, whom we met here, if you want, let's get their thoughts from here.

Well organised and lovely decorated (NEW) place.
Due to new setups (TV, Electrical Appliances, etc), on occasion you could encounter with surprises. Hotel staff would deal with the trouble proactively, you can be sure about that 👏

Me and my wife had food poisoning. We are very dissatisfied with the hotel and also with the staff. We are not the only ones who had food poisoning but also our room neighbors next to us. My wife and I had a lot of stomach pain at the beginning, then vomiting, and then going to the bathroom all the time, it just came out of both openings. We were simply exhausted. Then when we were in the hospital it came out! We had food poisoning! After the hospital visit we went straight back to the hotel and complained, three hotel guests noticed and spoke to us about it. These three hotel guests think that their room neighbors also have food poisoning. We were completely shocked! We had also spoken to the hotel manager and he said it would come from the air conditioning, We even got a document from the hospital that it is a food poisoning. But this is all denied, we are completely dissatisfied and we have not even received compensation, so we can not recommend the hotel.

There is no entertainment animation anyway. The hotel is a complete fiasco. We saw so many hotels, I did not see such a mediocre place. WE ALSO GOT A SEA VIEW ROOM, BUT THERE IS NOTHING AT THE SEA.
And I passed everything. They did not even look at people's face when they were greeted at the first entrance and left. Reception (Bugra by I think Ismi) lobıde sees us even though you are doing the gule gule food again we wait again a kind of courtesy. WE WRITE IT TO BE A HELPFUL COMMENT TO FUTURE FRIENDS
