We had a lovely time at the Semoris hotel Side. Room very close to centre. A short walk, just 5 mins. You can walk to the beach aprox 10 mins, however free bus, three times a day to the beach. This is great as lots beach bars and free sun loungers. Food good at beach bars too. Rooms at the Semoris were a little basic, however the accommodation was very very cheap. Bar open pretty much 24 hours. Berec the owner was the intentive and nothing to much trouble. Looking forward to our next stay at the Semoris.

Me and my son stayed here for a week this was an amazing experience. The hole team are very friendly and go above and beyond to help wherever they can. Burak who runs it helped us book days out, stayed up till later to make sure our taxi came to take us to the airport, incase there was a problem he was there to help and just overall made the holiday a great experience. We are definitely going back and have stayed in touch with them. 10/10 with no faults and genuinely good people. The food was very nice with excellent table service, my room was clean on schedule and whenever I needed any sort of help burak and it's team have always been there for us. All the best and see you soon again.

The hotel is family run and you feel right at home. The hotel is in a fantastic location - close to lively bars, restaurants, banks, affordable convenience stores, and the beach. A huge perk of the Semoris is the free beach club. They have an affiliation with Sea Side Beach Club (a private beach spot with bar/restaurant and comfy sunbeds). Semoris offer free entrance to all who stay. Free return shuttle buses are ran throughout the day – although it is only a 20-mintue walk away. The pool side area is chilled, clean, and a sun-trap! I never struggled to get a sunbed, despite the hotel being fully booked up. The slide is super fun for children and adults alike. The hotel bar is relatively affordable, offering beers such as Efes, a range of spirits/cocktails, local wines, and ice creams/pool-side snacks. They allow you to open a tab and pay at your convenience. The breakfast includes a basic Turkish breakfast, and tea/coffee/bread at no additional cost. I’ve seen other reviews mentioning these items were at an additional cost – but this didn’t appear to be true during my stay. Plates and crockery were clean – I noticed no sanitary/hygiene issues as has been mentioned in previous reviews. There doesn’t seem to be an option to customize breakfast (it arrives as one set menu) – although I admit I didn’t ask to customize. But this didn’t bother me as it was inclusive and did the job. The trade-off is that the breakfast arrives to your table quickly, so you’re not waiting long if you wake up hungry! The rooms are basic – which is exactly what I expected for the fantastic price. Additional charges apply for air conditioning and safety deposit boxes – like most hotels – but the fees are not extortionate. The beds were comfortable. My only criticism of the room is the lack of a fridge – this would be useful to store water for during the night when the bar is closed. The shower in my room was faulty at first, but the management fixed this issue immediately (thanks!). Considering I spent little time in the room, I was completely satisfied with the room for my 10-day visit. It was a fantastic base! Overall, I would definitely stay at the Semoris in future & recommend to friends. The Semoris is an excellent base for solo travellers, couples, and families. This hotel is great value for money in a fantastic location surrounded by history and palm trees. You should not expect a luxury experience (of course, it is not within this price point). Nonetheless, you can expect a welcoming atmosphere and a comfortable stay.
