The hotel was closed for business, shut, no longer trading !!! I will be raising a complaint when I arrive back in the UK on 20th November.
I will be requesting a full refund and a gesture of goodwill from yourselves.
It was very inconvenient, but luckily I was able to find another hotel for the night.
I just want to confirm that it is/was the correct hotel. The address on my booking confirmation and your website is the same address on google maps. I hope this review is sent to a department that can investigate my complaint and dissatisfaction.
I will be grateful. Thankyou

Great place to stay! staff is excellent! The rooms are cleaned every day and changed every day, towels and change as I understand every 2 days. every time when you see the lack of remember how much you paid for everything and disadvantages disappear! If you are in a 5-4 star hotel and an abundance of food have become spoiled

I came to Nergus Sida to rest. This hotel is located in the middle of the city and the rooms near the sea have clean hot SUV and cold water. There are all conditions. There is a beach service.

The hotel is very beautiful in every sense, the employees value it very much, high-end breakfast, very close to the sea, it's definitely a place to come! 👍🏽

We went at the beginning of winter, neither the rooms are hot, nor the water nor the breakfast is proper. Staff are smiling and sami. I guess the hotel culture is only for the tourists who come in the summer anyway.

NERGOS SIDE HOTEL. The first impression is of course scary, but then you get used to it. Yes hotel *** but, as someone used to say like grandma👵👵👵. I really liked it, honestly😊, the polite staff, though not great. Good-natured neighbors. Three meals a day (there is a choice, albeit not great). What else did I like? The hotel is in the very center of the city, around shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants (with live and beautiful music). Near the museum, city attractions SIDE 15 minutes walk. I liked everything very much, I RECOMMEND
