I do not recommend this hotel. Standard max 3 stars. We paid for a top class room and got a standard and of course the hotel sees no problem. After all, they will replace us in a day, so what's the point. Pool towels cover half a sunbed. Sun loungers crammed in the farthest corners overlooking the windows and the back of the bar. The food is very poor. In general, the choice is lacking. On top of that, no air conditioning in common areas, including the lobby and restaurant. Turkey has always been our heaven on earth, and this hotel, unfortunately, has negatively affected our opinion of the quality of Turkish hotels. For the same money (I point out that not small) you can choose a really sensational hotel.

I recently stayed at the Alexia Resort and had a very unpleasant experience. The hotel seems to cater exclusively to Germans and arbitrarily chooses when to follow its own rules. (Very discombobulated )

We were harassed by Mehmet, the spa guy, who even sent us threatening WhatsApp messages. This place is definitely not safe for younger ladies just trying to enjoy a holiday with friends.

The food was horrendous and not even edible.

On a positive note, Abdullah from the bar staff was lovely and provided excellent customer service, as did Mikey (or Burka, not sure of his name) with the curly hair and braces.

Although management did listen to our harassment complaint and sacked Mehmet, we still didn’t feel safe at all. But we are pleased that they dealt with our complaint as soon as. The manager with the Tattoos on his neck was also very helpful.

The air conditioning was never on, only in your rooms which it also turns of itself.
The lights in the lobby/reception area are switched off early

We were charged for two towels which had fake tan on them, which could have easily been washed at a 40 degree wash. it’s not about the fact we paid for them because money is not an issue it is the fact they made a big fuss out of it whilst we was on our way out leaving the hotel to enjoy our evening.

We continuously felt on edge during our stay here.

Overall, we would never come back to the Alexia Resort. Avoid this hotel you will deffo find something better 🤣

Disgusting!

Thanks for cancelling our reservation last minute (3 weeks before booking). Now we are stuck with flights, day trips etc paid for and a hiked up Hotel bill thanks to your hotel. Completely ruined our holiday. No thought and consideration given to your customers and we will not bother attempting a booking in future. You don't even get this kind of behaviour with a 3 star never mind 5 star.
