Side Beach Club Hotel in Side

The place feels more like a campsite rather than a hotel, and unfortunately, it’s clear that the bungalows are not very well maintained. For example, the bed cover was in poor condition, though we asked for extra ones and they were brought to us right away — which we appreciated. The towel smelled strongly of cigarettes. The hairdryer gave a small electric shock and didn’t work at all — this could be dangerous and definitely needs attention.

Overall, the bungalows would benefit from at least a bit of refurbishment — they feel quite neglected. Breakfast took a long time to arrive: we ordered tea and coffee at the beginning. Tea was brought after about 15 minutes, but the latte never came. In the end, we were told they simply couldn’t make it — it would have been better if they had let us know right away.

There are enough sunbeds on the beach, but the hotel only provides two umbrellas, both of which are in very poor condition. The sunbeds themselves are fine and usable.

One more thing to note: the restaurant operates until midnight, and if you're someone who goes to bed early, the loud music can be disturbing — it’s clearly audible inside the bungalow.

We booked 4 nights here, but in my opinion, this campsite is only comfortable enough for a maximum of 2 nights. I’m curious to see how the owner responds to reviews and whether the remaining days of our stay will be better. I plan to update this review later.
