Some people on this site in my opinion just expect to much. Me and my partner came here for 7 nights and after reading what some people we're putting on here we almost didn't bother going... I'm so glad we ignored it! We turned up with our luggage and managed to check in with ease. There was a minor language barrier as the man who checked us in spoke English but had a strong Turkish accent which is what you would expect but nothing we couldn't overcome. We was helped to our room by the bellhop, he took our luggage and told us a few things about the room. We settled in nice and quickly and found ourselves straight Round the pool. In our whole stay at the hotel we only met one member of staff who couldn't speak English which didn't effect our stay in the slightest. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. There is points that I would change such as rude Germans and Russians pushing in front of you for good etc. but they are nothing to do with the hotel and cannot be avoided so that hasn't effected my review of the hotel. We even used the spa facility's during our stay and that was excellent. Honestly, don't worry about reading the negative reviews of this hotel, you really have to go and make up your own minds.

Hello just came back from Ramada,what i can say the hotel is very good,a lot of food ,grill dishes as well,room was nice and clean,sea not far away,bar by the sea as well,lobby bar was making good coctails,in general we liked very much 8 out of 10

Hotel looks good but cleanliness awful!. Room was filthy on arrival. and throughout stay even after airing our concerns. NOT serviced daily. Food AWFUL all COLD. Internet costly if in room. Can't wait to get home. Plus point pool and weather good.

After a week at the Ramada Resort there are some pros and cons.
The room was fine but the balcony was only 2ft wide. The room was in a bad location as it was above the indoor bar/lobby area which was full every night and very noisy. There was no chance of getting to sleep before 1am and on one particular night it sounded like a fight broke out where shouting and screaming was going on til almost 3am.
The food was OK and you wouldn't go hungry and the staff were lovely and really friendly. It was a little out of the way location wise but the No 5 bus from outside the hotel will take you into Side itself and the Old Town/harbour area is worth a visit. We used the Spa and had a massage for 5 days which cost us around £250 for 10 sessions so always haggle to try to get the best price. We went in March and although the weather was glorious the pool was absolutely freezing.
The Animation Team tried to get everyone involved in activities and were chatty.
A mixed bag really but it was mainly the noise and the rowdiness of a few other holiday makers that spoilt it really which is not the hotels fault.

Well we really loved staying at Ramada. I went for a week with my bf and it was wonderful. Our room was really clean, the staff was very friendly and despite the negative reviews, I can say that I was pleasantly surprised. I received a glass of wine and some fruit from the hotel to celebrate my birthday, and the food was very good. The only thing that would work would be if the beach didn't have so many stones, so you definitely need water shoes. For people who are not very picky, I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything

We’ve just returned from a 10 night stay and it was brilliant our children loved it too food was ok for an all inclusive holiday plenty to choose from breakfast was a little bit of a let down but can’t please everyone lunch was brilliant for the children with burgers nuggets pizza etc I had a minor accident which resulted in a hospital trip and the hotel was brilliant got me to and from the hospital with no problems whatsoever pool and slides was great for the children kept them entertained daily shuttle bus to the beach was very short as it’s within walking distance if u did miss it and food and drink included there too evening entertainment was ok could have been on a little longer but again can’t please everyone will definitely go back overall a good time had by all

Just checked out of the hotel after an enjoyable holiday. This holiday was booked the week before we arrived and I was happy to see it was a Ramada as I am a Wyndham rewards member. Before arriving we had seen some negative reviews but we mostly ignore these as some people expect the Ritz when booking holidays and the food to be to the same standard as Gordon Ramsey but instead get Jamie Oliver. Our room was clean and was serviced every day with the fridge restocked with soft drinks and water. The bathroom was basic but functional and to be honest what else do you need. We really did not need bedding as it was warm here. Ok when the buffet opened it could be bedlam but leave it an hour it soon settled down and we always got a table. The food was your normal all inclusive buffet with a great selection albeit some people will complain but we thought this was good as it gets with all inclusive. Usual who can get their towel on a sun lounger in the mornings but we seen the hotel leave cards and remove towels after a period so we got loungers. Pool was clean with the free bar nearby and snacks available, I liked the burgers. The clincher for me was the beach with always plenty of loungers and good food. Night time the staff specifically the waiters were great and probably brought me too many beers and cocktails but it was great. There is a few negatives especially the night time entertainment, the problem being the bar in that area was closed so we could not get a drink unless we went to the lobby bar which was too far away We checked out at 12 and used the shower facilities but this was way too warm and we were sweating more when we came out of that area than when we went it but only a small problem. The general area is out of the way of anything but there is a bus service which we used and this was handy enough. The question is “would I go back” and the answer is yes but will I go back that’s difficult to say as we have never stayed in the same hotel twice Trev

This was our second visit to this hotel, we last stayed in May 2024 for 5 nights. I was a bit concerned our stay would not be as good as last year, but it was!!! Yes the hotel is a bit out of the way, but for us we come on Holiday to relax by the pool/beach and do nothing. The pool area is very good and so is the beach, we came out of season so the beach bar was not fully open, but still provided water and soft drinks. The food in the main restaurant accommodates for a wide range of people, and there is also a snack bar at lunch time, The main reason for coming back to this hotel was the service we received by the staff, the bar staff (indoors and outdoors) were great (it was nice to see some of the same ones from last year), the animation team were really good and very friendly (we did miss Utku), the cleaner was also very good, our room was cleaned daily. There are quite a few negative reviews about this hotel, some people have different expectations but for us this hotel is perfect. To top our holiday off, along with the great service, we did meet a lot of great couples, we had a great time and we are looking to book again in May 2025.
