Next day we went to pool and let me tell u this hotel have huge pools room for everyone in it monitored by life gaurds all the time. I have never seen life gaurd so helpfull anywhere. Alot of thing to do for everyone

Great place for family's loads to do in the complex for families and couples. It's right on the beach where there are plenty of watersports if that's your thing or just a sunbathing beach day with a lovely beach bar

Very friendly personals and very delicious food. Especially thanks to Cem in the fitness and thanks him for supporting by him in my gym activities. The pool is clean and there are very interesting events at evening

We appeared to be the only family from Northern Ireland but didn't stop us having fun so don't let that stop you coming. We were made to feel very welcome a lot of Russians and Germans guests but all very pleasant

Perfect beach and sea, location - that can't be taken away. The entrance to the water is shallow, shallow, ideal with children who do not swim well

All perfectly! Wi-Fi works. Only the view from the balcony is not very good. There is enough food. It's a pity they don't give ice cream.

Rooms far away from comfortable as well not new anymore. Some spot places interiors observes paints peels from walls and crack of tiles in bathroom:). Absolutely requires renovation very soon

Fantastic hotel perfect for families, food was brilliant all week, on arrival I asked about price of room upgrade and the brilliant reception staff and manager offered this free of charge! Ignore the negatives, yes there aren’t many English families here but everyone is friendly, great location also will book again!

We travelled as a family of 4 with myself, my husband and my 2 teenage daughters (17 & 15)

Having been to Turkey several times in hotels like Aska Lara, Sherwood Dreams, Baia Lara and Limak Atlantis meant we were typically used to a high standard, however had not been to the Side area before this

We had a family interconnecting room which consisted of 2 large rooms with a double and 2 singles

Before we arrived, not going to lie we were very concerned after seeing many negative reviews regarding this hotel but we can honestly say we had an excellent time and can't understand what everybody is complaining about! We would say the hotel was predominantly 80% German guests but this did not affect our stay at all

What a lovely place for holiday. Best hotel i have had the pleasure to stay in five stars and above. Great for family and food brill. Only one isswhen you arrive be careful of the porter that takes you to room

We were after a fun family holiday, in a comfortable, and better than standard hotel - and that’s what we got

Some positives: The pool was plenty big enough that even at its busiest, there was still enough room for this family of five to play in, with our floats and the floats of others

The food was fantastic, with a different theme every night, there was so much choice we didn't even feel the need to use the a la carte restaurants! The animation team work so hard (without being 'pushy') to bring the guests together and ensure that everyone is having a good time

Best all inclusive resort I have stayed in so far. The friendliness of staff, food variety and offering, cleanliness of pools, beautiful garden Proximity to ancient Side, nice shallow entrance to the sea

This hotel has everything, and you are spoiled for choice where and what to eat. Plenty busy and quiet areas, even a volley ball court, a must for Hubby, I am happy with cappuccino on tap a sunlounger and my kindle

I'd like to mention Ali Dursun the waiter in garden 2 who looked after us for the entire 2 weeks, he is brilliant! Food was fresh and delicious. Rooms were beautifully cleaned everyday

The restaurants have a range of different foods. The bars are comfortable and relaxing. Staff are constantly on hand and are more than happy to help no matter what the query is. We will be visiting again next year

This was our third time at the side star elegance and yet again it never failed to deliver. From the welcoming at reception to the staff throughout the hotel, the experience was top notch

Al a carte was amazing, service was excellent, Resturant had a vast variety of food to cater for all tastes, bars friendly with branded drinks, all staff spoke/ understood several languages

The most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. It started with our arrival when we were given a very warm welcome by the reception staff and taken to our room by a very special young man who made us feel very special

We booked 3 a la carts meals, Turkish, Italian and Fondu. Each was unique and tasted great. Great facilities, pool, bar areas and friendly staff

The room was very nice, although we had a room overlooking the street, and it was a little noisy in the night with the sound of traffic going past. The hotel and grounds are huge and we were given a map to show us round

Evening entertainment has been great, the family fest was great for children and adults too! Slide pool great, not open all day but pool is still accessible and has the splash pad next to it

We went all inclusive and the food was great, yes its very similar most days but the choice was enormous so you could choose something new, or an old favourite every day. By far our favourite feature of the hotel pools

The food forget rave reviews it's the same daily fare barely warm. you find something to eat but the choice is different version's of the same thing. so settle on food you don't really want

Perfection. This resort is meeting all of the demands. And at the disco Ahmet played basically a private set (september) it made the night for us.

Our time in Turkey is coming to an end, but I have to say our stay at Turquoise hotel has been fantastic! For the price of our family of four this hotel ticks all the boxes, food has been great, and the location has been perfect for us to make the most of this amazing town

The pools are being cleaned between 12pm-4am, the staff just don't stop they work so hard to make sure they're guests have the best holiday! The only downfall of this holiday I found was a lot of the German background people was very rude, you would stand and hold doors open for them or move out there way and they wouldn't even say thankyou, there was 1 particular elderly couple that we bumped into...

The beach was fantastic and the pool area was lovely we mainly stayed around the pool with music not far from the beach and water slides

It was obviously a case of her wanting/hoping for a tip. There are two pools, the one nearest to the hotel is a little calmer, the water is colder (more shaded) and the bar is generally nicer, served better drinks

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

Shout out to our house keeper who was so friendly and a beautiful person. We had asked for rooms near amenities for my elderly parents and they delivered. Even the entertainment pool still had beds at 9

The patisserie looked great but the cakes where the same as what you have at the buffet lunch and evening and again same everyday. The pool snack bar served strange pizza, lacked variety and the same everyday

The reception were very helpful and moved us rooms with no hassle, moved all of our luggage for us and could not have been any better, this was very much appreciated and gave us a very good first impression of the hotel and their attitudes towards guests

Rifat in the blue bar makes wonderful cocktails and he puts a delicious twist on any cocktail you ask for 10/10 It’s our first day and had a fabulous day food entertainment and hospitality goes above and beyond

There are several bars and restaurants with imported drinks and very good food. The pool area is beautiful, the water is perfect. The beach is sandy and big, the sea is shallow, perfect for children as well

a few reservations, what could be improved; 📍when we arrived at 1 am, no one showed us to our room, although a bellboy came with suitcases, but much later and so we were tiredly wandering around the hotel (since it has several blocks) 📍at the "swimming" - "relaxation" pool, some visitors do not follow the instructions, splash balls in the water, throw themselves into the water and make it unpleasant...

This is the second time at this hotel and the children have enjoyed it. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and there is a variety of food to cater to different tastes

I really liked the hotel, they recommend it well, the alcohol is good, I liked everything for the money.

To the sea walk about 4 minutes through a wonderful park, you can reach the sea on an electric car (they drive from morning to evening and even take people to evening performances) There are plenty of sunbeds by the sea, there are fewer sunbeds by the pool, but there is always room

We stayed at Alba Resort Hotel in May 2025 as a family of five – two parents, a grandmother, and two children aged 6 and 9 – and we had an absolutely wonderful experience

Our vegetarian grandmother found plenty of tasty dishes every day, and the desserts were a big hit with the kids! The mini club was a highlight for our youngest – they loved the games, crafts, and friendly staff, while we adults got to enjoy some quiet time at the spa and pool

One small suggestion: during peak times like school holidays, sunbeds by the pool can fill up early, so it’s a good idea to head down in the morning. Still, the staff was always helpful in finding us available spots

We were soon settled into our spacious and spotless family room, which had comfortable beds, a large balcony overlooking the garden, and separate sleeping areas that gave everyone enough space to relax

The beach is just a short stroll away and perfect for children – gently sloping with soft sand and clear water. Every morning, we enjoyed long walks along the shore while the kids played by the waves

The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The greenery, palm trees, and flowers create a peaceful atmosphere, and the large main pool was always clean and inviting

Not enough animation team or activities at all, it needs some more atmosphere throughout the day and the nighttime, just to make the holiday more fun

Air conditioning, we had to ask for someone to come and look at the aircon in our room on a number of occasions, after asking 3 times someone come and nothing changed, we asked again the following day and someone come, it was slightly better but still not the best compared to our kids room which was nice and cool

60% of that staff did not make us feel welcome, I understand the language barrier but it’s rude when you can clearly tell you are being spoken about or laughed at. The rest of the staff are fantastic, wish I knew names

The hotel itself is far too hot, no air anywhere especially when you are eating, I know it’s a hot country but I’ve never stayed in a hotel that when you walk in it’s still just as hot. Air conditioning needs sorting

Fowl smell in the room which I mentioned on a number of occasions and nothing was done, we just dealt with it in the end as you only get ready and sleep in the room. No TV channels if you speak only English

My son of 6 did all the slides by himself. But of course kids must be able to swim, because you land in the pools of 140-180 deep. There are also 3 baby slides, which kids can enjoy

The hotel is very beautiful, our family room was spacious with 2 persons bed, one person bed and one extra bed they brought. The room was facing the aqua park and mountains, very beautiful

Normally kids as of 10 can go on majority of slides, however if you sign a paper at reception that you take the responsibility, they will give another bracelet to your kids to be able to make all slides

The animation team is very good and very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Its also very spacious in the common areas. Spa treatments are at a very high level
