It wasn't clean at all. Rooms dusty and dirty. Sheets and pillows smell awful and they had holes. The staff is rude and unhelpful. the whole lobby, hotel, pool bar, pool smelled awful. The plates, glasses and cutlery were also dirty. We got food poisoning from their food and they dont have a doctor. we had to call our insurance company to get us a ride to the clinic and a doctor even tho it is stated that they have a doctor in the hotel. They offered to call us a taxi to a hospital but we would have to pay for it.

The hotel is nice) They clean it every day. The pool is clean, clear, warm, and quite deep (1.45 cm). The food is delicious, fresh, and different every day. There are lots of different desserts and always fresh fruit! Sometimes you can even see cats and their kittens running around the pool. :) You can also check out the slides by the pool: one for children (small) and another for older children and adults (large). The slides are nice and clean and they're also washed. There are sun loungers by the pool too. The sea is clean and the sand is clean too. The entrance is soft, you can go out far and the water will be shoulder-deep! So it's perfect for kids.

I liked everything, the food was delicious, the desserts were varied and delicious, unlike other hotels in this price range. The walk to the sea was just what I needed to work off the pounds ))) and the turtles in the river were also fun for the kids. The beach was clean and the sand was nice. There was a bar and food on the beach. The entertainment was reasonable. You could relax.

I can only echo Mo's review...the worst place ive ever stayed in and been too. Has put me off Turkey forever, my 1st time going to this hell hole hotel. There was nothing good, everyone got ill. How this had a high star rating, who knows...disgusting place.

Very dirty room, without towels, no AC working, the window could not be opened… the bathroom was nor cleaned afterbthe previous persons…
The only good thing is the location, exactly into the center of the city

Horrible place to stay, avoid at all costs, don’t even know what to start with. Mold in most places, the smell hits you right from the entrance, dishes are not well washed, bugs under the mattress, rooms are dirty as hell, everything you think could be bad in a hotel, here it is. There should be a - star rating,

The room was very good for the price that we payed. Its really good here, everything its close to the hotel. The workers here are also really nice. When i arrived at night here, the food was already gone but a curly hair boy buyed me food. He was really nice. I would recommend to the people who dont stay so much in the hotel room. Food its also good.

When previous hotel kick us out ,,Paradise Hotel ‘never judge ! They check in us straight away when we need it ! Amazing reception team ! But especially we are soo thankful for lovely Sűleyman - very helpful, huge heart, and lovely customer service!

This is not an English hotel even the staff don't speak English its filthy and you can't get the the food cause there is hundreds of people shuving and pushing you out the way. The whole hotel is filthy. No rooms cleaned no towels no toilet roll the balcony can only fit 1 person on the pool bar stinks vile. The pool has the biggest dirt ring round it. There is litter and food waste everywhere
