Hello everyone!!! We are currently staying at this hotel from July 22 to August 2, 2021. 2 adults + 2 children, 8 and 10 years old. The 2-room room is awesome!!! Cozy, spacious, and has a large balcony with a table and 4 chairs overlooking the pool. Room 604. I highly recommend it!!! There are plenty of places to walk, whether to shopping centers or to the sea; everything is within walking distance. The beach is superb!!! The kids are delighted with everything!, and they are the biggest critics))) (they really love swimming). The food is decent (we are not picky), and the service is excellent!!! Thanks to Yulia, the tour operator, for her work - thank you!!! I will update the review later.

A very good hotel, a true 4-star. The grounds are small, but everything you'd expect from a hotel of this type is contained within. There's a fairly large restaurant, two bars, a swimming pool, a children's pool, a pool with a jacuzzi, a pool with slides (there are only two slides – a spiral one and a wide one), a small shop, and a hammam (I can't comment on it as we didn't use it). The rooms are small but quite cozy and very clean. They clean and change linens every day. We stayed in a two-room family suite in one of the smaller buildings. There's only air conditioning in one room; unfortunately, cold air doesn't reach the other. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. There's a shuttle service from the hotel – if you're too lazy to walk, you can check the schedule. They take you in a minibus, which is unfortunately quite stuffy. In any case, I recommend coming to the beach for your first time here – it's not easy to find on your own – there are few signs, they're not all in obvious places, and some are overgrown with grapes, so take the bus and memorize the way (by the way, there's a nice cemetery along the way, so if that's a hassle for you, you can go around it a bit by turning a little earlier). The beach has everything you'd expect – sun, sea, and sand. Plus sun loungers, a bar, and everything else you'd expect on a beach. The shore is very gently sloping, the water is clean, but sometimes a lot of seaweed washes up. There was practically no entertainment during our stay. Daytime entertainment was nonexistent, and evening and children's entertainment were practically nonexistent. The girl seemed to be trying to keep the kids busy and entertained, but apparently this was her first experience, so her face painting was so-so, and not all non-Turkish kids were interested. The children's disco is very poor. Some of the songs are recordings from other discos in pretty poor quality, and some are cut off. There weren't any adults in sight, and a few people came to perform. But that wasn't our reason for going, so the entertainment wasn't a problem. On the contrary, we liked that the evenings were quite quiet. Perhaps the lack of entertainment was due to the hotel's small crowd. And I've saved the best for last. We really enjoyed the restaurant. The cuisine is very varied for a 4-star hotel. Seafood isn't just fish (which changes daily), but also squid, shrimp, lobster, and oysters. Meat includes beef, chicken, and turkey. Vegetables, fruit (we had our fill of strawberries), pickles, and much more. The desserts deserve a special mention. They're also varied (and not like the usual hotel fare—they differ only in color, but are essentially all the same). There are different types of cakes with different creams, cheesecakes, different types of baklava, halva (only in the mornings), and puddings. Yes, not everything is delicious. Sometimes the shrimp is tough, sometimes the chicken is dry. But the overall impression of the food is extremely positive. Additional information for vacationing in Turkey in 2022. The attitude towards Russians is good. There was no hostility from Turks either in the hotel or on the street. We also did not observe any hostility from hotel guests from other countries. Cash withdrawals are problematic. Only MIR cards work, and only at ATMs of a very small number of banks. We were only able to withdraw from Ziraat Bank and Vakifbank ATMs. Both ATMs are a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, and don't listen to the hotel guide who will admonish you that you can only withdraw money at one and only in the city and don't exchange money there because of the inappropriate exchange rate. And with the lira exchange rate at 3.3 rubles at the time of our vacation, everything in non-tourist shops is very cheap (except gasoline). Have a great vacation! I highly recommend the hotel itself and your vacation in Turkey. It's a shame it's so expensive right now (just because of the plane tickets). But if you choose the Side Village Hotel, I think you won't be disappointed.

A wonderful family-friendly hotel! Two children's pools, one with a jacuzzi, and water slides that operate on a schedule. The food is plentiful: meat, fish, and seafood (squid, shrimp, and octopus). The fruit selection is varied: always strawberries, watermelon, melon, apricots, pears, apples, and bananas. There's a multitude of cheeses and desserts for every taste. I simply couldn't try them all. The staff is very friendly; they make all sorts of beautiful towels in the rooms. The guys and girls in the restaurant are attentive, remembering your preferences and suggesting your favorites the next day. A huge thank you to them for everything! By the pool, they make burgers, serve desserts, Viennese and regular waffles, and unlimited ice cream. Overall, I didn't manage to lose weight here. The hotel isn't on the beachfront, but there's a shuttle bus there and back every 15 minutes. But I enjoy walking. I timed it today: it takes a 63-year-old pensioner 13 minutes to walk from the lounge chair to the lobby. There are no noisy discos, so it's not suitable for partygoers. But for a relaxing getaway, it's a dream. I really enjoyed it. I stayed in May 2022.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days – 4 adults in two double rooms. We are from Croatia.
We were given a room on the very top floor, which was great because we had a beautiful view from above.

The food is excellent, with a very large selection, so everyone can find something for themselves. We especially enjoyed the dinners and would like to highlight the “Turkish Night” – it was truly a special evening. There is short entertainment during dinner, and one evening a belly dancer came to entertain the guests. The restaurant is very large, comfortable, and beautiful.

The beach is gorgeous – sandy and clean. Sunbeds and shades are included in the price, and there is a bar/restaurant on the beach so you can get drinks whenever you want while you are there. There is also a restaurant on the beach, so you can have lunch there if you don’t want to go back to the hotel for lunch.

You receive towel cards, and with them you get fresh and clean towels every day – it works perfectly.

The hotel doesn’t have direct access to the beach, but that didn’t bother us. The beach is very close to the hotel, and you can reach it with the shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes – very practical.

All in all, this was a wonderful holiday for us and we are very satisfied. All compliments.

We stayed for 10 days in two double rooms (4 adults).

Positives:
The hotel is nicely decorated, full of greenery and palm trees. We were satisfied with the pools – one large and three smaller ones, including one with slides for children. We were given rooms on the top floor with a pool view, which we really liked. The main restaurant is spacious, and the food was tasty (especially dinners). The bar offered a decent drink selection. The beach is large, sandy, and well-maintained, with sun loungers and canopy shades. Every evening there was a short entertainment program, and the “Turkish Night” especially stood out. Beach towels could be exchanged using towel cards, which was convenient.

Negatives:
Upon arrival, we received no information at all from the reception. Our room had a humidity problem and an unpleasant smell, and we were not offered a room change. Bed linens and towels were not changed regularly. In our parents’ room, the bed linens were not changed even once in 10 days – which is unacceptable. The beach restaurant and bar were neglected – tables were dirty, food options were poor, and the staff often refused to give us ice, even though it was over 37°C. After lunch, the floor was dirty, and waiters didn’t wipe the tables. There were no cocktails available at the beach bar.

Transportation to the beach was poorly organized and ended too early. Until 4:15 PM, a van took guests to the beach, and after that, a regular car with only four seats was used. Guests had to wait in line, and the seats were wet and dirty. Transportation is only available until 6:00 PM, and after that you have to walk back if you want to stay at the beach longer. The shuttle should run at least until 7:00 PM – leaving the beach before 6 PM is simply too early. Very, very bad.

Sun loungers at the pool were “reserved” early in the morning with towels, and the staff did nothing to stop it. If you come to the pool at 8 AM, you won’t find a single free lounger. Ice cream is served only one hour a day, sometimes even less.

The hotel is full of small children, and the noise is constant, even in the morning. On 6 out of the 10 mornings, we were woken up by screaming kids, and of course, the parents didn’t care that their children were disturbing other guests. The hotel is family-friendly, but we didn’t expect it to be so full of small children.

Beach staff do not clean regularly – empty glasses are not collected throughout the day, unlike in other hotels. The hotel owner walks around the property checking if everything is in order, but as a friendly piece of advice – he should also visit the restaurant and beach bar to see the mess and neglect that exists there.

The Hotel is very green and cozy in a quiet location. The service was great, everyone was very helpful and friendly. We had a small issue in the room with the AC and it was immediately resolved.

The hotel itself is partially freshly renovated, although you notice on some details that there is a potential for more renovation. However, this was minor things and didn’t bother us at all. Rooms are clean, restaurant and bar are very clean as well and the quality of food and drinks were really really good.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay!
