A absolutely perfect experience. Being able to cook for myself was a huge plus.

Element al jaddaf is spacious, clean, and has well-equipped rooms, featuring kitchenettes and washing machines. The hotel offers great value, with affordable rates and a complimentary breakfast, Service is attentive and welcoming, making it perfect places to stay. The hotel is got a good location next to Metro with free services of pick and drop shuttle to different stages including Dubai Mall.

The hotel isn't far from the airport and is relatively new with complete facilities. Check-in was fast. There's a swimming pool and gym on the top floor. One evening, I walked 2 km alone. The room was quite spacious, clean, and had a kitchen. I drove to the supermarket at night to buy vegetables and used the hotel's pot and stove to cook instant noodles. The lobby offers free freshly ground coffee, and breakfast has a wide variety. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.

This is one of the best hotel in Dubai. From Front desk Encik Khaled and Caren to the food section head and the ladies that we have forgotten to jog down the name. Many thanks again for the 110 % service.

Wonderful Stay at Element Hotel Dubai
We had a truly pleasant experience at Element Hotel Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome—especially the reception team, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was spotless and well-maintained, and we were kindly upgraded free of charge when the original bathroom setup proved a bit too tight for wheelchair access. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and showed their commitment to guest comfort.
One of the highlights was the early breakfast they arranged for us on the day of our departure. It was a lovely touch that made our travel day much smoother. The pool area was also beautifully kept, offering a relaxing atmosphere and clean surroundings. However, the ceiling fan near the pool was quite loud, and some soundproofing would definitely enhance the experience.
The surrounding area is still under development, but there are several local shops, car rental services, and casual restaurants nearby, which made it convenient for everyday needs. Getting around was easy—Uber rides to places like Deira and Dubai Mall were smooth and affordable. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service several times a day to various attractions around Dubai, which is a great option for sightseeing.
Overall, Element Hotel exceeded our expectations with its attentive service and thoughtful accommodations. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and accessible stay in Dubai.

Great hotel, with amazing apartments and facilities. Even though categorised as 4 star longer stay hotel, it can easily be placed in the 5 star tier with this attentive service they provide. The team working here is amazing, starting with Sara and Amid at the reception, Gary, Biju, Yusuf and Prem from the Housekeeping team and the staff at the breakfast restaurant (didn't get their names). It's all what you look for at 5 star hotel, attentive service, anticipation and exceeding expectations. Thank you for making our special day even more special!

Superb discovery. The hotel, which is part of the Marriott Bonvoy chain, is wonderful and very clean. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are spotless. We had booked a studio. The rooftop view is beautiful and offers an open view of the skyline. The stay was very pleasant and the value for money excellent. We will be back.
