This hotel is definitely not suitable for families with children or light sleepers. Avoid room 4135 at all costs. The bar downstairs from the restaurant was incredibly loud and didn't quiet down until midnight. The first and second floors are open-plan offices, which is a bit odd, and the shower design is a complete miss – it feels like you're showering in a public space.

Fantastic stay! Before checking in, I was a bit worried the hotel might be old, but my concerns completely vanished once I arrived. The views were stunning, and the breakfast was quite generous. There was even staff on the balcony with birds, ready for photos at any time!

Booked the Palace View room, and the front desk thoughtfully arranged for our two rooms to be together, which my family absolutely loved. The room was spacious, and they even provided extra meals for the children and a free crib.

The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Our child cut their foot while swimming, and the hotel's medical team came to our room to disinfect and dress the wound. We were very impressed. We'll definitely choose Hyatt again for our future travels.

The rooms are clean and the suites are very spacious. The location is also excellent, not far from the boarding gate, making it perfect for families with children. I visited the kid's room and swimming pool using a day pass. I was stunned by the luxurious and spacious balloon halls. The pool was especially impressive—huge, with a perfect water temperature for kids. Travelling as couples. It's not my first time at Marriott, but my first time at Marriott Al Forsan. The hotel itself is as great as any Marriott around the world. The hotel is close to Yas Island, but quite far from the areas where other major attractions are located. I'd suggest staying downtown or near the Louvre if you're not specifically planning to visit the theme parks. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and, overall, well-suited to Chinese tastes – much more delicious than the breakfast we had at the Waldorf Astoria...

Overall good experience as always. Friendly staff as attentive. This time special request to check-out 16.00 free of charge. Perfect location for stop-over. Within 15-20 min. back to the airport. For me, standard hotel to stay when I've a stopover.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Khalifa city A, pool service is good, decent, polite and nice staff. F&B acceptable at the bar. It is well worth making a visit on a lazy summers day. Enjoy.
