We went to Dubai to attend the Arab health expo 2026. We found this hotel as a best option for us it a combination of luxury and comfort. I suggest the travellers choose this stay for their comfort.

The rooftop boasts a huge pool and a great gym, though I didn't have time to use it due to work. The buffet was just okay. Overall, the location is quite convenient. It's highly recommended for a vacation, but not really suitable for business trips.

We enjoyed 5 nights in the kempinski hotel. However the hotel apartments do consist of quite dated room furniture. Very clean but not modern. Dubai is competitive with hotels so the overall hotel has a palace feel to it, they should definitely renovate bathrooms at least. All in all it was a good stay.

Stayed here over Christmas, and for a hotel of its kind, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, with lovely views of Dubai Creek. It’s a great place to stay, great buffet breakfast (very busy at weekends), decent pool, private beach and plenty of restaurants and bars - it’s also central in Tourist Club area (Al Zahiya) so Abu Dhabi Mall is a few minutes walk and Galleria Mall about 10 minutes. Hard to fault really; I’m a regular guest here. It is more costly than some other hotels but the quality is worth paying for.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. The hotel lobby is directly connected to the famous Dubai Mall, so you can access the mall right from inside the hotel. Very good location. Right next to the metro station. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Very nice staff and clean rooms.

Definitely not the most value for money hotel but convenient for work commute. Hotel should consider upgrading amenities and room fixtures.
